Amy Dillon and the entire team are top drawer. Fantastic to work with. Great insight and ideas. Andy, the installer, is simply awesome. What a pleasure to work with such a professional group. They came highly recommended to us by friends. We will do the same.

New update: We still continue to wait for Aya to fix problems with our cabinetry that was initially installed one month ago. Process continues to be long. I do believe that the company will fix this however the process continues to be frustrating and long. Especially frustrating as we have paid them in full for all cabinets. We chose Aya after obtaining a good reference from a friend and co-worker about the company. Product selection was also great. I will post a full account of our problems with the company shortly. We have had our kitchen installed (10 weeks after initial order) and are still waiting for someone to get back to us about items still left unfinished/incorrect. The key to dealing with this company is to ensure you have a good designer. From what we've heard there are good ones. The designer we had (Edson) was not very good and we're now paying for it with some incorrect cabinets and gables ordered based on his suggestions. The response from the company for these items has been very slow and frustrating. Once you pay in full you have no negotiating power (aside from maybe getting your credit card company to help you out...which still may be an option for us if things do not get resolved shortly). Crossing our fingers that this will get resolved soon. Not all was bad..the installer we had (Igor) did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to make us happy, despite some of the problems we're having. I will expand this review shortly (no time right now) but the short of it is if your using Aya, don't deal with Edson and make sure you get Igor for the install. Also make sure you have lots of time as the comapny's lead times are very long.

We took the back off our house, we renovated the entire kitchen. AyA did the cabinets in the kitchen. They had a great installer and they gave us a sale and kept the cabinets for us. A lot of kitchen companies won't do that. The guy installed them in about 2 or 3 days. We were quite happy. We loved it.

We needed a new kitchen and we went to Aya Kitchen and looked at some of the samples and talked to the designer, Patrick Ryan. We decided to go with them because we liked the service we were getting from Patrick and the quality and style of the cupboards. We were very happy afterwards. The installation went smoothly and the countertops were completed in a timely way. We've received nothing but compliments from our friends and family.

It was great and they are very professional. The product is fantastic. Everything was good except for the drawers they installed, there is a slight problem. Overall, I would say it is a good service and good product.

The design guy guy Joe was very helpful and he prepared a great design for us and gave us all kinds of options. They did everything we asked for. There were a couple minor adjustments that needed to be done and they did that for us as well.

Darlene Robertson of Aya Kitchens designed a new kitchen and master ensuite for us. It was a ground up kitchen project for a brand new room in a brand new house without having the actual walls in place to go on - it was conceptual to have the new kitchen line up with existing windows and tie in to the new addition. Darlene was bang on with her design work without any to physically measure during the design process. The installer, Andy was also fantastic and great to work with. The quality of the cabinets and the hardware is very good. I am extremely satisfied with Aya and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new cabinets. I was really happy with the designer, Darlene Robertson, that I worked with. She was really good at envisioning and providing insight into the design stage. She made all of my wishes and wants a reality and work together perfectly.

We had the entire kitchen re-done and it was a great experience, turned out really well. There were some issues with delay but they figured it out. I had to elevate the convo but it all worked out, no issues.

I was the architectural designer for an extensive home renovation. I had developed preliminary kitchen drawings, and together with my client, worked closely with Kirth Manku at Aya Kitchens head office. She quickly grasped what we wanted and worked out a thorough clean contemporary design in walnut and white glass. She also went to considerable lengths to deliver the custom elements we wanted within our budget. A professional approach throughout this process. The Aya installer was also very skilled, and any deficiencies were promptly resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to other clients and colleagues.

AyA helped design and install a full custom kitchen and provided in home consulting, which allowed for us to also choose the size and finish and dimensions of our cabinets. The install was good, very professional, fast, clean and courteous. Four out of 5 overall because I was disappointed with the warranty on their cabinets.
