    Whole Kitchen

Initially installed the kitchen in Summer 2016 but still dealing with fixing the mistakes that they made. It takes very long time for them to come to fix their own mistakes. The carpenter shows up whenever he wants despite there is a set time. If you are looking into get your kitchen done, DO NOT GO WITH AYA.

    Whole new kitchen

Very unhappy with this company, ordered kitchen late July 2015 and it still isn't completed as of April 20, 2016!! At first they sent the kitchen in the wrong colour!! Useless at solving any customer complaints and pathetic turnaround time, no one has ever done a final inspection or followed up the last work done which is very sloppy!! Don't use this company!!

    Kitchen Reno

We did a complete top-to-bottom remodel of a 25+ year old kitchen. Joe did a great job with the design, coming up with a practical and stunning layout. Sean was meticulous and professional and did a great job with the install. It was a pleasure working with Aya and I would highly recommend them.

    New Kitchen

Credit where credit is due first. AYA has an excellent selection and reasonable made product for a reasonable price. The downside is major. They have major screw ups on their part and the customer suffers by waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Almost 6 months now since kitchen was ordered and 3 months since I paid for it in whole and I still have an incomplete product. Any screw ups on their part do NOT get special attention, it just gets put back into production as if you had just ordered a brand new kitchen. The nightmare of dealing with this company isn't worth it.

    Kitchen and bathroom renovation

Engaged AyA Kitchens and Baths to design, fabricate and install kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity. From design, manufacturing and installation the service received was first rate. The design was creative, practical and accurate to the millimeter. Joanne Hamaway was most attentive to our needs and responsive to any suggested changes. Sean Nelson is and must be, in our view, the best installer there is. The manufactured product and the follow up inspection were also to our complete satisfaction. We would certainly recommend Aya to anyone who cares about quality and excellent service. Thank you.

Kitchen that took 7 months! Never again.

I recently purchased a complete set of kitchen cupboards from Aya Kitchen in Kitchener and it took them 7 full months to get it right. The veneer on the doors was full of holes and brown marks and they had to make the doors 5 times before they were acceptable. Never an apology and no restitution. BTW - The other reviewer (Carlos) works at the Mississauga office.

    Kitchen Cabinet

Our project started very well with Aya (branch on Mount Pleasant), their prices were competitive and we did appreciate the quality of their kitchen doors, the rep Steve is knowledgeable and was really helpful to help us out to do take the right options. It was in April with a delivery due end of June. The job was partially done for the first week of July and the rest (replacement of damaged doors and missing pieces) were due 3 weeks later (everytime they make a mistake or need to replace something it's at least 3 weeks), some of the problem were cause by our entrepreneur who had to change the position of some vent pipe. We are now in October and still waiting for our project to be complete (many reasons, like the rep forgot to order the defect product for a month! wrong measure etc). We tried for the last 3 weeks to get dates and answers but our emails were left without any reply. Of course, we had to pay upfront so we have no power to negotiate with them, we really feel to be their last priority. We've been more than patient but I have to admit that this situation is frustrating because the product/price/installer are really nice (we are satisfy with the product and the professionalism of the installer) but communication with the sales rep after the sales and respect of deadline are painful. We hope that our project will come to an end this fall. Product, pricing, installer are great... but dealing with their rep just left a real sour souvenir of this journey. If you have plenty of time (6month+) feel free to consider them. Otherwise, you should take another company.

    Full kitchen reno

We renovated our kitchen awhile back. Overall, the experience has been positive. We're a bit unhappy with the floor tile installation and the counter-top has a seam we weren't expecting. But after a year or so everything's held up well.

    Kitchen installation

We had many quotes for our kitchen renovation. Aya's quote was not the cheapest but they were the most professional. They were on time and cleaned up daily. We love our kitchen and would use them again.

    Kitchen

The designer at Aya Oakville made several design errors we had to fix (and partially pay for). Doors that bang into each other, etc. Annoying but in the end, it got fixed. Her measurements was also off by 7 inches so my lights are off entered since electrician relied on Aya plans to install. Final product looks good but it was not smooth sailing as it could have been. Pay for wooden drawers - well worth it. Installer was great; insist on Remi. He is meticulous.
