We worked with Aya from beginning to end and the entire experience was excellent! Kirth was fantastic to work with as she had great suggestions/ideas, was so personable, an excellent communicator and flexible with Saturday appointments so didn't have to take time off work. We love the design! Aya met every timeline they committed to. The installer also was excellent and reliable. He was very detailed and again, great communicator. He was prompt when we organized the follow-up visit and left with everything completed.

My experience in working with Aya was very positive. Joanne was very supportive and insightful throughout the process. Joanne was able to answer all our questions and guide us to a design that best meet our needs.

We designed our kitchen with Aya Kitchens. Kirth Mandu was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with our selections and planning. She had great suggestions and helped us problem solve/ visualize some tricky spaces. Aya has a wide range of designs and products to choose from and Kirth helped us to customize and personalize our kitchen. We had a great experience with and would recommend both Aya Kitchens and Kirth Mandu.

We just completed a renovation of our entire home and upon recommendation of our Architect, hired Aya to do our kitchen, ensuite, pantry, front hall closet, laundry room, basement kitchen, and a cabinet in our master bedroom. We worked with Kirth at the Caterpillar Rd. location (also upon our Architect's request) and she was phenomenal to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to accommodate almost every design request we had - I was shocked that we could accomplish so much without having to pay a fortune for custom cabinetry. She was also easy to get a hold of and always responded to me quickly. We made some changes late in the game a couple of times, and she rolled with the punches - positive, accommodating, and supportive of making whatever we wanted, happen. The quality of the cabinetry was what I expected, and has been in the past year of using it - some pieces had defects when installed, but any issues were quickly corrected/replaced and we've had no issues since. I also have to give a shout out to the installer Sean, who was shockingly attentive and detailed. It's apparent that he cares about doing the best job possible - I was able to contact him by text as we worked through installation details and follow ups. Any issues I had (example: a shelf was a bit crooked) he addressed right away...no red tape or waiting to hear back. It was really quite ridiculous how effortless the install and subsequent adjustments were - I was expecting a lot more fuss. Overall I HIGHLY recommend Aya, in particular working with the Kirth/Sean team - the value for the money is exceptional. We couldn't afford custom, and didn't want Ikea, and Aya ended up being a perfect alternative for us.

We decided to completely renovate the main floor in our house to give us an open concept feeling to the space. Our idea was to have the main focal point on the kitchen, a place to gather with family and friends. We knew the feeling we wanted to experience in this new space but had no idea what that looked like. We went to many kitchen showrooms and design studios and then we drove to Mississauga and met Joanne. She was so patient with us. She took time to get to know us and understand our vision for the space. She offered both practical and design considerations including trends. We left her office that day with an excitement that we finally found someone who could translate our vision into the dream kitchen we wanted. Joanne designed our space and worked with the appliance company to ensure the installation of the project was seamless. She met timelines and made site visits to make sure all the measurements taken in the design phase actually fit the space. Joanne made excellent recommendations and provided solutions when adjustments had to be made. She was professional, flexible and conscientious. She coordinated with Andy, the installer, who was also a perfectionist. He worked hard and did outstanding workmanship always leaving the space clean and tidy. All in all – this was a great experience and we highly recommend Joanne if you want someone with a great work ethic, who is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. We look forward to working with her again when we renovate our bathrooms upstairs. Best wishes to her for continued success. Well deserved.

I worked with Joanne from the Mississauga location, and she was wonderful! Really detailed and knows her products. This came in handy as she was able tell me what's a nice to have vs. need to have. Matthew was my installer and he was great too: assembling my kitchen in a small space. Would definitely recommend Aya Kitchens...

Joanne Hammaway at AyA Kitchens and Baths is an excellent consultant. She listened to our needs, responded in a timely fashion and presented multiple ideas in order to complete our design all the while maintaining a fixed budget. Joanne and her team provide excellent customer service and a superior product. As a home builder and renovator I use Joanne and Aya on all my projects and have had many successful projects and happy clients as a result. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Was very happy with the design service. Designer was able to make the most out of the small space available. Installation was smooth and the final product turned out to be just what we had imagined from the design process.
