    Backyard Pool Installation

    We are very happy with our Backyard Getaways pool. We found the entire process to be very professional. All our questions were answered to satisfaction. The workers were friendly and polite, as well as hard working and extremely accommodating, and everything was finished on time as scheduled. We made a good choice in going with Backyard Getaways and would recommend them anytime.

    Pool Service and Retail

    We had Backyard Getaways install a safety cover on our pool a couple of years ago and have been getting their guys to open and close our pool ever since. We're very happy with the worry free service we receive. Thanks

    Pool Service/Safety cover

    After dealing with two other companies, I was so happy to have Backyard Getaways become involved with my pool maintenance and safety cover installation. Customer service is their forte-- always reliable and professional. Daphne has been a pleasure to work with, and we will continue to work with this company in the future.

    Pool

    Very professional and courteous, always there to meet any issues or needs. Daphne took the time to review pool process and recommend the best way to maintain beautiful water, I'm a pro now! Thanks again guys, your AWESOME !!!!!

    pool closing

    A few years back, the crew at backyard getaways did a great job in renovating the pool and deck and we were very very satisfied and happy with the results. The pool looked brand new again. Since then we have been using Backyard getaways to close our pool exclusively. We have a lock in cover, I could not remember where I put the snaps. No problem the guys were able to find some in the there truck and close the pool. Great service, professional service, That is why I will continue to use Backyard Getaways for all my backyard needs.

    Pool service: maintenance and closing

    The staff at backyard getaways are willing and able to help. Just this summer, when I was fighting a nasty algae problem, I was on the phone with Daphne multiple times a week. She were kind enough to walk me through the cleaning process, emailing me relevant tips and videos along the way. The entire staff are always straightforward, knowledgeable, and cost-conscious. I highly recommend Backyard Getaways.

    Pool, patio, landscaping

    As fall is just around the corner, we wanted to let you know how much we enjoy our fabulous pool. Thanks to you and your crew, we were able to make the most of the hot Ontario summer. We are so happy with your work that we would like to explore what great landscaping ideas you can come up with for the front yard. Now that the backyard is done, the front yard is looking a little shabby J We are thinking of revamping the existing front steps (they are sinking) and walkway and extending the walkway toward the city sidewalk, using the same stone as the backyard.

    Pool Instal and Service

    A company worth investing in when installing pools as quality is #1. Quality workmanship and you wont be disappointed. Any problems or questions, their friend staff is always there to help even afterwards for pool maintenance. My pool is always crystal clear, thanks to Daphane who helps make sure my water is always balanced. John and Regi are a class act and you wont be disappointed.

    Backyard Pool and Pool Deck

    After much research my husband and I hired Backyard Getaways to install our pool this past summer. We are thrilled with the results. Backyard Getaways were very considerate of our needs and worked with us every step of the way - conception, design, installation, landscaping and maintenance. They were on time and on budget. The team was friendly and very respectful of the environment - preservation of our existing trees and gardens was very important to us. The finished product exceeded our expectations. We now have our dream backyard oasis. I highly recommend Backyard Getaways and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Quality workmanship and nice guys as well.

    Pool Service and Retail

    I just wanted to thank you for all your help & support this year. It was nice to have you taking care of details and always being available for any questions I had. I really appreciate your help. All of the Backyard Getaways employees deserve to be recognized for being part of this fantastic company. My pool was closed quickly & efficiently, so I’m glad that’s done.
