    Crawl space encapsulation

    Parker came and explained project and cost. We got exactly as described. Crew showed up right on time. Job took about 4 days. Guys explained what they were doing as the job progressed. Workmanship excellent, materials look to be of high quality, left absolutely no mess. Hoping that this solves the high humidity and potential mold problem. Will monitor this winter,

    Crawlspace cleaning and insulation

    We were very happy with the work Kyle and Mercedes did in our crawlspace to put in the insulation, clean the area, and put in the Sedona humidifier. It's not an easy space to move around in. The original person who did the estimate, missed one area of it, that is sort of hidden, so they have to come back and re-estimate that part, and then do the final work. Overall, we have been very happy with it all.

    House crawlspace

    Had a damp crawlspace that smelled and had it covered over in vinyl and seems to have helped. Interaction with company and workers was very good.

    Crawl space cleaning

    Techniciens did a great job cleaning and repairing insulation as well as sealing areas of entry for rodents. Job was done on time and area cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend.

    Great company

    Great company to work with. Friendly staff and completed job on time and on budget. Cleaned and installed Rigid Foam Insulation in our crawlspace.

    Vancouver basement systems

    The workers were here on time as scheduled. They worked fast and efficiently. Cleaned up and explained the work before they left. The system looks good now we wait for the winter storms.

    Crawlspace insulation, vapour barrier and foundation repair

    BSV was excellent from quote stage to repairs to final install. The team was very professional, and the install and repair exceeded our expectations. They cleaned up perfectly after and went above and beyond accommodating our schedule. Our crawl space is now energy efficient and no longer a gross part of the house to avoid at all costs.

    Home Run!

    We are very pleased with the results of the job done by Basement Systems. We are the owners of an 84 year-old home that has very unique strengths and weaknesses. The owner and the two workers did a fantastic job taking care of all details, listening to what we wanted to accomplish and following through on their promises. They promised to start on a certain day 5 months away from booking the date....and they did...right to the day. Their quote was honest and the end price accurately took into consideration a couple extras. The staff at the office was also very thorough and polite. The job was done with no damage to our home, everything cleaned up each day, meticulous workmanship and with imagination. Because we have lived in the home for 43.5 years, we know every nook and cranny. Combining that with Gerald's knowledge of older homes and how they were constructed saved a lot of wasted time and money. He was perfectly correct with his assessment of what we were going to find and what would be possible to do. We asked for a few very specific things to be done and he had no problem adding our ideas to the project. Thanks so much!!

    Basement flood control

    Excellent work within expected time frame. Crew were courteous and quiet. Dust and noise kept to a minimum.

    Crawl space heroes

    Our 34 year old home had become musty smelling with small crawl space leaks in the winter over the years but didnt seem to be more than a brief seasonal problem. With the recent atmospheric rivers we developed a huge flooding problem that I was terrified would require digging up the whole foundation. To my great relief BSV was able to do all the work from the inside, create a reliable pump drainage system and line the entire crawl space with their awesome vinyl liner. The work was done efficiently, cleanly and considerately. The work was very difficult and physically demanding - Ryan was amazing! It is such a relief to feel reassured that my crawl space is dry and intact whenever I hear the rain coming down. And the musty smell is gone!! Worth every penny for sure.
