    patch foundation cracks, insulate basement floor joints, clean crawlspace

    Crack in cement quickly fixed!

    Minor crack in cement wall, knowing it would only get worse with time, I called for quote. Basement Systems got back quickly for inspection and free quote. Repairs done a week later! Professional and fair price. No hesitation using again or recommending!

    Basement leak

    The job was NOT cleaned up . For 1 1/2 hrs work I feel that I was greatly overcharged! Insulation was not even replaced. I would like someone out to finish the job that I was charged for. Not a happy camper. Will NOT be recommending your business. Herb Hugel/ 604- 798-6390

    I am sorry to hear this, we strive to satisfy our clients. The scope of work was to inject 3 foundation cracks in your crawlspace, for a total of 9 feet.     Crawl space clean out

    Cleaned out the crawl space, including the dead animals. All good now, no more smells.

    Basement crawl space cleaned and sanitized

    Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.They installed the system a couple of years ago and stand behind there products. Highly recommend this company.

    Basement encapsulation

    I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and work that BSV has provided from beginning to end. Steven and crew that did the job was so helpful and thorough explaining step by step what they were doing. The level of customer service BSV provided was just simply amazing would highly recommend them.

    Crawlspace clean up

    Kafee and Alex did an excellent job. Fast and thorough. Our crawlspace has never looked this clean, and there is absolutely no evidence that rodents got in and left a mess. They were polite with an excellent atttitude, so very good reps for your company. Thanks and well done. Greg

    basement encapsulation

    Basement systems is one of the few companies that truly understand what means to be customer centric. They reduced our humidity in our basement from 80% to 50% and created a clean and warm emviroment felt in the crawl space but even more importantly made our entire home much more comfortable. The BEST investment we've made in our home ! the team at basement systems Gloria, Jordan and Ryan were great to work with, energetic, patient and answered all of my questions. Ryan did the heavy lifting, he paid attention to detail and got that job done right ! We are looking forward to having a dry and warm home in the future. Finding good companies and good people is hard. Gloria, Ryan and Jordan are not just good employees, they are SUPER STARS. thank you thank you Henrique
