    House renovation

    Very pleasant people to work with, and the crawl space that they cleaned looked way better after the cleaning. I am hoping to carry on ang get BSV to fully encapsulate the basement later in the year.

    Crawl Space Cleaning

    Kamil of Basement Systems Vancouver did a phenomenal job on the crawl space. I could not believe the difference. There was a lot of construction debris down there along with plastic insulation. He brought it all out and then vacuumed the crawl space. In the 15 years I've been here I always thought the crawlspace floor was dirt, it is actually concrete. He sprayed a deodorizer, along with a bug killer and mold killer. Took only two days, well worth the money.

    basement crack repair

    Too early to tell effect but service was prompt. They shouldn't charge against a credit card without first providing invoice and getting ok. Yhey billed the card I gave them for the deposit before I saw an invoice for the charge they have made.

When the deposit was made, an email was sent out stating that the final balance will be charged on the credit card when job is finished, it's also indicated on our contract that balance is due upon completion.     leaky cement

    so far so good..i hope this treatment lasts...time will tell...etc etc etc etc etc...etc..help!!!too many words!!!

    On time service and very receptive to feedback

    We contracted Basement Systems to clean up our crawl space, fix a couple of leaks and make a structural improvement. They delivered on time and when a couple of items weren't as I expected they listened and addressed them in a very professional manner. I'm very happy with their service and would recommend them.

    Waterproofed and put a dehumidifier in our crawl space

    The installers worked hard and did a very thorough job. We are pleased with the results.

    High pressure polyurethane injection to seal crack in basement wall

    Dehumidifier/ crawlspace inspection

    Jordan was excellent for the inspection and recommendations . We decided to start with a crawlspace dehumidifier. Logan was great for installation and setup of dehumidifier. Will continue to use Basement Systems in future. Thanks for the friendly understanding service.

    Crawl space encapsulation

    They turned a dirt crawl space in an old house into a snug clean space and our floors above are now warm as is the adjoining basement. Very organized service.
