    Foundation Leak Repair

    Basement Systems Vancouver were very professional from start to finish! They diagnosed the problem right away, scheduled us in for the work within a short period of time, and performed the necessary repair with knowledge and skill.     My Basement

    Basement Systems is one of the best and professional companies i have come across . They are innovative , cost effective and provide top notch solutions to all basement problems . The only negative is they have a very long wait period

    Floor Jack Support

    I'm happy with the outcome after all was done. Jordan and his assistant did a fantastic job in leveling my floor to almost perfect level. He took his time and effort to make it look how it should be.

    Crawl space waterproofing

    I had lived in the house for 18 years with the last 10 years dealing with a damp crawl space then within the last year a major flood It was then evident that this was going to be a continuing battle to keep the crawlspace dry and that’s when I foundBasement systems Vancouver who came up with a plan to resolve my damp basement

    Crawl space cleaning/insulation

    Ryan spent 3 days cleaning/vacuuming out our crawlspace and removed all debris and old insulation and added new insulation. We were very impressed with his work.

    Crawl space insulation and waterproofing

    Cleaned debris from crawl space, fixed cracks in foundation, insulated the concrete walls, installed drainage mat on floor, lined the crawl space with thick liner, sealed vents to keep the rodents out and a sump pump was installed. We are very satisfied with the work. Our house feels warmer and smells cleaner.

    Basement crawlspace insulation

    Basement systems Vancouver did a great job on upgrading the insulation in our crawlspace. Punctual and happy with the work. The installer did a very thorough responsible work. He cleaned up very nicely after completion and removed all the debris. Definitely recommend Basement systems!
