    Clean, vacuum and remove contaminated insulation from crawl space

    My crawl space had become infested with rats. Found Basement Systems ad/coupon in the mail. They did an excellent job removing infested insulation, covering all entrance holes, removing rubbish, putting in new insulation and vacuuming the entire crawl space. Fellows were helpful, knowledgeable , personable, professional and friendly. Great job done on a nasty environment! Would highly recommend their service to others with similar problems.

    Sub basement water issue

    After teething problems with scheduling due to the Covid pandemic it was a pleasure to have our issue rectified by your crew, Jessica and Steve. They arrived on site and promptly proceeded to address the issue and implement the required remedies.     Crawlspace Encapsulation

    Really happy with the work. They were professional, everything was fully explained before they started and the work was carried out exactly as expected. I would definitely recommend Basement Systems Vancouver to other homeowners.

    Crawl space repair

    Needed repair to replace and tape up damaged insulation and vapour barrier. Very good job done in difficult conditions.

    Clean crawlspace & insulation

    Jordan,Logan,Kobe were excellent, delays were not communicated with us, and the scope of the job wasn’t shared with the crew. My wife and I are seniors and wanted to hire a company to clean our crawl space , remove the stored items to the garage and update the fibreglass insulation to styrofoam. They sent 1 person to begin removing the stored items, my wife and I ended up working with him to get the boxes to the garage. When we asked why 1 person we were told they were very busy and had people call in sick. The second day 2 men arrived , worked all day removing the fibreglass and installing the styrofoam. At the end of the day Logan told me they mistakenly removed the existing styrofoam ( not on the contract) Day 3 they were here 4 hours and then had to leave for another job. Day 4 Jessica called to tell us they had to reschedule due to sick calls. Day 5 Kobe worked tirelessly to complete the job alone. Very poor communication with the customer, and apparently they don’t go over the job quote with their employees, they did replace the styrofoam insulation they mistakenly removed at no additional cost.

    Top quality and professional service

    Highly Recommended. Top quality work and very professional. We got a full basement encapsulation and it was like living in a different house - such an improvement in temperature management!
