    Excellent Job

    I wish I knew about this Company 5 years ago and I wouldn't have had so many problems with all the other contractors that have come here.Basement Systems did an excellent job. They were friendly , reliable clean and have saved me a big headache. Thanks so much

    Crawl space

    The company surly made a silk purse out of a sows ear. The job they did was much higher that we expected. The workers did an exceptional job and did a wonderful job of clean up. We would recommend all things basements to every one.

    Crawl Space Insulation and Cleaning

    The BSV team did a good job of insulating our crawl space and cleaned all the old debris and garbage from when the home was built in 1984. Overall I would give them a 9 out of 10, there was some areas that were not cleaned to the extent they promised but it was minor.

    Great experience

    Had a great experience with Basement Systems Vancouver. They worked with us to find the right way to do our sump and worked within our budget (rare these days) to fix the issue. I found them to be very professional and responsive. When it came to the work, it was done very well and neat. They showed up on time and communicated when they would be leaving and returning etc. They cleaned up nicely after and dealt with any potential issues I noticed. The whole sump system seems to work great. I would 100% recommend them.

    Crawl space repair

    Great job on repair of wood rot and installation of new liner. Crew was efficient, hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

    Crawl space cleaning

    Crawlspace Reno

    I had moisture and mold in my crawlspace. They applied a product to eliminate the mold problem, updated the insulation and installed a covering for the concrete surfaces. The workers were excellent and along with preventing further problems with my home I feel that the air quality has improved through the rest of the house.

    Quote was fair and the quality of work was great

    Jordan came out to our boat access only site and was professional and knowledgeable. The quote was fair from our perspective. The work was done on schedule with the utmost professionalism and quality. Really happy with how this tricky part of our project worked out.

    Crawl space repair and seal

    Did a great job sealing up our 35 year old crawl space. Professional and friendly staff. No more moldy smell and dampness.
