we needed a level bathroom & shower. planning it, viewing various acoutrements {stuff!] took weeks, Then we found Jerry and he suggested a few adjustments to our plans SFSG!, shopping for 'Stuff' was easy :- look on the web,show the picture to Jerry "somthing like that".. We hired the right man, Got a within budget cost / contract gave him a key and went back to our normal retired!!! life. Recomend Him? 110% Definitely for any renovating /remodeling etc. Hire Jerry again? you can bet your bottom dollar on that Eric & 'Nibs'

Jerry did my bathroom and it is an old house, He really took everything apart i knoww he had alot of problems but he dealt with it without complains. He is also a very understanding person regarding the working hours in my house because of the kids. Jerry did a beautiful job with my bathroom and its always makes me smile when someone say i have a beautiful bathroom.... I will recomend jerry to my friends when ever they want to do a renovation in their house.

After our water line was replaced by the city we had a hole in our basement wall. We hadn't bothered to fix it up and ended up with condensation leading to mold. Jerry had done our upstairs bathroom beautifully and so we didn't hesitate to ask if he could investigate the damage and repair the wall. As promised he came on time, finished on time, cleaned up all the mess. He even fixed up a few small problems on the ajoining wall without being asked. We hope we've seen the last of repairs for a while, but if the need arises, we'll be calling Jerry again.

Before we dediced to go with Jerry, I had interviewed a few other contractors. I also read all of the reviews. I have to agree what they say in the reviews are all true. Jerry was an honest person and a man of integrity. Once Gerry started the job, I realized that I found the right one. Right from the start, he provided detailed quotation and completed the job within the time as promised and in a professional manner. He went beyond his duty to ensure that all our needs are met. As we only have one bathroom, Gerry ensured that we have the use of the bathroom while the renovation is ongoing. Even when I bought this huge closet that he put it together and then we turned around not liking it, he took it apart, not a word of complaint. He just did it. I would certainly recommend Bathroom Specialists to anyone.

Jerry knew how to design and get the trades that made the project work like a dream. He went out of his way to get it done as fast and stuck to the budget. It was a pleasure having him work on my mother-in-law's bathroom. With the grab bars and easy access to the ADA Toilet and Shower unit my mother-in-law can safely use the room even with 2 repacement hips. Harry

My entire home renovation experience with Bathroom Specialist was positive. Jerry's craftmanship was excellent. He was flexible when I changed what I wanted part-way through the job. His intitial quote was detailed, fair, and professional. He charged me substanitally less than another quote I received and did about twice the work that the other contractor had quoted me. He provided references and other paperwork. His manner was careful and considered from the beginning. He had helpful suggestions and was realistic about what could be done. My old bathroom was a rotting disater in a century old bungalow. He stripped it down and turned it into the most modern room in the house. It now feels like a little spa sanctuary. Jerry worked hard and his long-time experience as a bathroom renovator showed. My house had a lot of indiosyncracies and he was able to work around them and provide helpful solutions. His pricing was very reasonable. Jerry followed up with me after my renovation to make sure everything was fine. I have complete confidence in his work and it's clear that he does as well. Were I to renovate anything again, I would hire Jerry. I would also recommend him to anyone else.

I had been completely disappointed with my kitchen reno contractor and was very hesitant to repeat the process when it came time to renovate the bathroom. I did much research online and was impressed with the other reviews Jerry had received, as well as his willingness to do condo work. Once I received his initial detailed quote (something others rarely provide) I knew he was someone I would be comfortable working with. Jerry said the bathroom would be complete in about 3 weeks and it was. He showed up every day (including weekends) to complete the job. Everything was done to my satisfaction with minimal disruptions. When he ran into problems (as there always are in renovations) he fixed them and didn't complain or nickel and dime me for additional costs. I would highly recommend Jerry and already have to several others in my building.

We found Jerry through Homestars after reading some of his reviews. From the beginning he provided a very detailed quote as well as references which was much more than what we had got from other contractors. He completed a full demolition and reconstruction of our basement bathroom with very good results. Everything turned out like we had envisioned it. As any new homeowner we had a lot of things to do around the house and not much knowledge on how to do them. Jerry eagerly helped us with a lot of those little things. He was always very nice and willing to help out or provide guidance. The job took a little more time that what we expected but we were very happy with the outcome. I would recommend Jerry for any bathroom renovation.

Jerry did a full demolition and reconstruction of the main bathroom in my elderly parent’s home. My parents are in their mid 80’s and my mother is not well. Jerry was very understanding of the situation and how a renovation of this magnitude could disrupt my parent’s life. He managed to get this bathroom gutted and rebuilt from scratch in record time, without compromising his incredible workmanship and did all of this at an unbeatable price. The entire room was gutted and everything had to be rebuilt , from moving heating vents to installing new electrical, installation of all fixtures , new walls, floor , tiling all around tub , and a custom vanity that was exactly what my father wanted, and so much more . Jerry went above and beyond all expectations ! He transformed an old rotting 1950’s bungalow bathroom into a beautiful up to date masterpiece! This bathroom is GORGEOUS and yet functional for elderly people. Jerry is the best - he is kind , considerate , hard working , and an extremely top of the line professional contractor/ renovator ! You will not find a better person to do the job ! Thank you Jerry .

Jerry gave us a reasonable quote that provided much more detail than the other contractors and he was available during the period we wanted the work done. He provided references as well as listings of businesses and stores to look for the fixtures we would need. We had a small second bathroom completely gutted and renovated as well as a couple of improvements added to our principal bathroom. Jerry worked easily with our design ideas and pointed out if some of our ideas would not work, giving us an alternative plan. His work was excellent and we are really pleased with the finished product. He paid attention to detail and made sure the work he was doing would stand up overtime. We did find the work slowed down after an initial start although understand he lost one of his skilled workers which contributed. Jerry cleared away all old material as he worked. He kept in regular communication with us and took care of the work down to the last detail. In all, we were very pleased with Jerry’s work and would certainly recommend him to others and would use his services again in future.
