Bathroom Specialists rennovated our 2nd floor bathroom & hallway in 2005 with amazing results. Jerry basically gutted the old closet-sized bathroom, and relocated the new bathroom across the hall in an under-utilized antiroom. This ambitious rennovation resulted in a completely reconfigured 2nd floor: we now have a sparkling & spacious 3-piece bathroom with a skylight (everyone loves the tile work!!), as well as a hardwood floor hallway with new lighting & plenty of storage for linens (where the bathroom used to be), and brand new sliding door closets in the master and guest bedrooms. We are absolutely thrilled with the results, and the enhanced market value of our home. We would hire Bathroom Specialists again in an instant!!

Jerry impressed us with his professionalism - he understood our needs - our house is over 50 years old and the bathroom space is very small. Jerry wasn't satisfied until he had met or exceeded our needs and expectations. We now have a beautiful bathroom which will last for years. Thanks Jerry.

Jerry and his team did a complete renovation to my main bathroom. It was a lot of work to remove everything including the sub floor and make the shower Twice the former size. Jerry renovated my house in Oakville three years ago.He did an excellent job on my bathroom and I called him again two years later to renovate my condo in Mississauga and got the same result finished on time and on budget with excellent quality. Aside from Jerry's excellent craftship,he is exceptional personel qualities make him my first choice whenever I have any job at hand.

We were thrilled with Bathroom Specialists. Having received many quotes on this project, we had the most confidence in Jerry. He explained the scope of the job in detail, the timelines and covered all areas including insurance coverage. If he was going to be late, he called when the job was to take an extra day, he told us in advance. Job was done on time and on budget! We would use Jerry again in a heart beat.

Jerry personally renovated all three bathrooms in our home. Although it took a bit longer than we expected (due to unforseen circumstances, eg. leaking roof), we were pleased with the final results...gorgeous, functional bathrooms. Two bathrooms were completely demolished, and Jerry had to rebuild them...definitely not an easy task in the middle of winter! However, the project was completed on budget. Everything that we had wanted to do was noted down in Jerry's proposal and was completed. Jerry answered our questions and our phone calls promptly. Jerry is a true professional who definitely deserves his Renomark seal of approval. We were so fortunate to find such an honest and hard-working individual to tackle our big renovations!

Jerry’s first, middle and last name is “Customer Service”. That is, Jerry Shaban equals Customer Service. Jerry renovated the main and basement bathrooms in my house. Both renovations involved complete demolition, expansion, venting, heated flooring plus all the other activities involved in rebuilding a bathroom – framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, tiling and installation of fixtures and accessories all completed or managed by Jerry. Being a 50’s bungalow, needless to say, there were many “surprises” and challenges all of which Jerry handled in a very professional manner. All issues were addressed with me before any action was taken and all actions taken were in compliance with our discussions and my decisions. Jerry is very meticulous and detail-oriented. He never assumed he knew what or how I wanted anything. He always asked. During the bathroom renovation period, Jerry did some other, smaller renovation projects including installing a built-in display case where the cold-air return used to be, remodeling the front entrance foyer and a constructing a front entrance porch. All projects turned out just as, and sometimes, better than, I had envisioned. Although overall, the renovations took longer than I expected, the results and the quality of the results were definitely worth the wait. I’m thrilled with the work that Jerry has done. I would use Jerry’s services again and would recommend him to anyone looking to have this kind of work done.

Jerry has done three separate projects for us: a full bathroom design and build, installation of a new ceiling and crown mouldings in our living/dining rooms, and putting up a tiled kitchen backsplash. His attention to detail was marvelous. Right from the quoting process he offered suggestions not only for design, but also for functionality. He met his quotes, and the work was done on-time and in a tidy fashion. We have an 85 year old house with some challenging structural designs, but that didn't faze Jerry in the slightest. He was able to modernise and beautify our house with his work. Every compliment we receive, we tell our guests that we owe it all to Jerry.

We find Jerry Shaban, who heads Bathroom Specialists, to be first-rate. He is conscientious, honest, and a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work. He is very professional and does excellent work. My wife and I met with - literally - about a dozen renovators before settling on Bathroom Specialists. He did an excellent job on one of our bathrooms and will soon be completely renovating our other bathroom. He specializes in bathrooms, which gives him a lot of experience for those types of renovations.

My project involved an entire condo renovation of a large bathroom consisting of a stand alone rain shower, and spa air tub with custom cabinetry, heated towel bar, lighting, and full floor and wall tiling. Bathroom Specialists were able to coordinate all activies including demolition, electrical, plumbing, tiling and all installation work. Their work was so meticulous and carefully executed that there was no need for constant review of workmanship. Bathroom Specialists were extremely careful in communicating any changes or unexpected issues and worked with me to ensure the overall plan of the project was not compromised.
