    Mitsu Ductless A/C Annual MAINTENANCE/SERVICE

    Our annual Belyea Bros maintenance on our 2 Mitsubishi Ductless Air Conditioners was done today. The delicate service work was performed by John Currie, who is a polite, accomplished young man. The maintenance was done with care and pride. He's a keeper ! We appreciate it. Give him a raise.....

    Annual ductless AC maintenance

    Just had Zahid out to do our annual maintenance on our two ductless Mitsubishi AC units. Excellent, professional, clean service. That is what I always expect from Belyea. Always happy to see Zahid! Now ready for the heat! Thanks for the great service!

    furnace and air conditioning

    Belyea service men are knowledgeable, pleasant, on time, and dependable. I recommend them for heating and air conditioning needs. They have come right away to repair either and installed a new furnace in the winter as soon as it was needed.

    A/C Maintenance Complete

    Anthony the service technician arrived on time. A very friendly man who was thorough and professional in his work. Always wore shoe covers in the house and left everything clean. He explained the results of his maintenance checklist and when he left I had a sound piece of mind. Thanks Anthony.

    For a system that works!

    1.Belyea Bros. sent Zahid to look at my system in January after being without heat the entire fall. He immediately changed one of the 3 pumps and let me know that the system had been installed incorrectly and would need extensive work in order to function the way it was meant to. This temporary change, gave us heat for the winter! He took photos to plan the further repairs and gave me his contact info to text him if I had any problems. 2. Next, David Graeme (the President) called to ask if he could look at the system, free of charge, to assess and plan the future work. He spent the entire morning and gave me a written and detailed contract. 3. Paul and Geo came last week to do the completion of the system. They were punctual, clean and knew what they were doing. The system took two days To configure and install. They had space constrictions as the system is under the basement stairs and there was no complaints! The system looks amazing and works even better! These gentlemen were very pleasant paid attention to detail! I would highly recommend them! When one of the new valves had a slow leak, they came back the next day, first thing and let me know to keep an eye on it. When it was still leaking, another team came back the same day to fix it (Andrew). I have to say that Andrew too was impressed with the job that Paul and Geo had done! Andrew fixed the leak and that was that! Well done everyone! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and my experience with each of them was positive!

    Replacement of our AC due to fire.

    These guys, Paul and Julio, did an amazing job. They explained each step which was great since I had never seen an AC installed. .They were very careful to not dirty the house as they went between the backyard and the basement. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in the house to walk the dog and they were very dog friendly which is also great. Extremely professional from quotation through to installation. I would highly recommend them.

    Water Heater Replacement

    Belyea troubleshooted the problem quickly and came up with a recommended solution.Belyea's techs - Paul & Gio - did great job replacing water heater; were respectful and cleaned up afterwards!!

    New Boiler and Domestic Hot Water System

    We knew it was time to replace our 33 year old boiler, so called Belyea Brothers, who had done our AC several years ago. From our initial sales contact with Bruce Philp, we knew we were in excellent hands. We were presented with 3 options to address our needs, each one expertly explained by our project manager Steve Gilmore. Bruce and Steve addressed all our questions in detail, being careful to explain the pros and cons of each option. We finally decided on a Veissman combi unit to manage heating and domestic hot water. The installation by Chris and Andrew was fast and flawless, and the end result is excellent. The entire process was extremely smooth, and you won't find nicer, or more knowledgeable, people to deal with. I will definitely recommend Belyea to anyone looking for heating and/or cooling solutions.

    Hot Water Heater

    I had Belyea Bros install a brand new hot water heater in my house. They did a excellent job. They were quick, extremely friendly and arrived on time. I would most definitely recommend them to other customers.

    Central air condition maintenance/replacement of Drain Spud &Hum. Pad

    Anthony, was very professional & did a great job.... Re: annual air condition maintenance & parts replacement. He arrive earlier & explain to me everything he did testing the central air condition & installing replacement parts on the furnace!!! Jack McKechan
