The technician was punctual, polite and efficient. His knowledge of the boiler allowed him to describe its condition and function and advise on future actions.

12 year old Goodman furnace drain leaking and burner sensor needed cleaning. Called Belyea Bros. Omid arrived same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Replaced humidifier pad as well. In and out in 30 minutes. Tidy, friendly and professional.

Omid is a a very knowledgeable and friendly tech. He took the time to explain the service, and gave me some tips on how i could save some energy and better use my boiler. He ia one of the best HVAC techs i have ever had at the house. Well done Belyea Bros! I would recommend Omid to anyone looking to get the boiler or furnace repaired or services.

Our 120+ year old house needed back up 1960s era baseboard radiators in a closed in porch and entrance replaced. Getting a quote was east and efficient with Demetrius. The size style and length or rads was perfect. Booking the job seemed effortless and the work was completed by Raj a professional, polite and proficient technician. The area was cleaned up and before we knew it all was done. Would recommend for similar work without hesitation.

A new gas meter was installed through Enbridge. The technician checked our gas line and identified a small leak in the furnace room He wrote a Safety Violation report, shut down the gas feed and red-flagged the system until repair was completed by a company of our choice. I called Belyea Brothers and the office scheduled a same-day appointment. Everything was handled in an efficient and professional manner - from the initial phone call to the cost estimate, repair work and follow-up email containing invoice, photos of the work done and Correction Report which Belyea was to submit to Enbridge. Deo was the gas technician. He worked quickly, answered all questions in a friendly and respectful manner and had my gas service turned back on within two hours of arrival.

Two weeks before Christmas and no heat, no hot watercalled Belyea Bros and they had the team sort everything. Even got a personal visit from David, the company President to make sure things were ok. Boiler, water tank and some new designs on the pipes. Beautiful work and installation has everything up and running like new. Amazing service, and I know who I will call in the future. Thanks Team!

Belyea expanded my SpacePak system to an area which was very difficult to reach. Their expertise, care and quality were fantastic. They were able to get the job done while hiding all the tubes in the existing space. Very impressed with their service level and result.

Teddy and Jed did a great job removing my old ductless AC units and installing a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We moved into a new house and wanted to replace the well past end of life hot water tank with a new tankless heater. Based on some word of mouth from a friend we gave Belyea Bros. a call. Patrick came out and did an inspection and sent us a quote. They were upfront about some electrical work that needed to be done before they could do the install of the heater. Since we also needed some electrical work done we decided to use their electrician service as well. I want to stress that I was NEVER pressured to use their electricians to do any of the electrical work. First, Andy came by to see if we could add an isolated outlet for the tankless heater, and also ended up fixing a few outlets (one being quite dangerous). Demetrius sent a quote for the tankless heater outlet, as well as an additional kitchen outlet we requested. Next, Cory came by and did a great job installing the tankless heater outlet. Once that was taken care of Michael and Ian installed the tankless heater and they were amazing. Finally, Andy returned with Attila and they did a fantastic job running a new line for an outlet in our kitchen (they managed to avoid having to cut any holes in our basement ceiling!). All of this took place over a month or so. All of the work has been top notch and we couldn't be happier. My experience with Belyea Bros. has been extremely positive, and their team has always been amazingly professional and courteous.

This year we needed a new hot water option to replace our rental; we were also coming to the end of life on our existing boiler. Stephen explained everything and gave us a variety of options to deal with both. We chose a Veissmann combi boiler and Marco and Jed got the system up and running over 2 days - the 2 hottest days of the year so far! The combi boiler heats the house and also works as an instant on for hot water on demand and man, does it get warm! While they were here they also dealt with a slow drip we've been nursing in a radiator for far too long. We're very pleased and will continue to use Belyea for all our heating and cooling needs. In fact, they installed our split AC/shoulder season heat pump in 2019 and that works great too! Highly recommend these guys; they're fair, fast and fastidious.
