After researching and pricing my new fridge I contacted Caplan for a quote. Peter was very helpful and not only provided the best price but was also very helpful in connecting me with an installer to put in a new water line, something the other stores were reluctant to do. The delivery crew were also very professional and took pride in what they were doing, very refreshing! I'd recommend Caplans to my friends and family!

Terrible customer service!!! Just bought a new washer and dryer this week. BIG MISTAKE! The new washer makes a noise like a deafening jet plane accompanied by loud clicks when it's in the spin cycle. Worse, when Doris finally called me back after I left 2 messages she was condescending and rude.. Basically this store is no better than a warehouse with no customer service at all. They refused to replace my brand new machine, instead leaving me to my own resources deal with the manufacturer. When buying I wasI told by Nancy that there would be a 60 day return policy (which they now deny). Shame shame! Add this company to so many that others that take no responsibility or ownership for products they sell. II will never shop there again and will go out of my way to dissuade anyone from trusting this store and there false claims of having the qualities of a "family run business." Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

We recently purchased 6 appliances from Sam at Caplan Appliances. The experience was easy and Sam worked hard to give us the best deal possible. He knows an incredible amount about his products and was able to give us useful advice. He also followed up later to make sure that everything was ok. The excellent coffee and cookies that they give you while you shop doesn't hurt either!

I received a very prompt response to my email request for quotes/prices, as well as a phone call (my only suggestion would be to post prices on the web, so this step would not be necessary). However, their prices were fair, and Steve even suggested another model dishwasher that was on sale, that I had overlooked. My dishwasher was delivered, installed, old one taken away (for an extra $200 by Top Gun installations, which was all organized by Caplans) within a week - very happy with the service and my new dishwasher!!

I want to recommend Frank at Caplan's appliances. He helped me select appliances for an owner's suite and a 1 bedroom apartment. He went out of his way to make sure I got every discount and promotion available. His knowledge of all of the appliances was exceptional. All told I purchased 15 appliances. Very happy with timeliness of delivery and the excellent service all round. A very good consumer experience!

We bought a dishwasher, washer and dryer which they delivered and installed. Our experience was positive in every way. Salesperson was informative but not pushy and very responsive to follow up. They called before they came and arrived on time. They had to come back because we discovered that there was no electrical outlet for the washer from the original installation. They returned as soon as we had the outlet installed. I was a bit concerned after reading a couple of negative reviews, but our experience was great! No hesitation in recommending them.

Caplans did a fantastic job at both meeting the competitors pricing all the while providing me the best washer/dryer they had available. The key to their success was the outstanding service provider by their delivery team who carried all the machines by hand to the second floor without damaging anything and always with a courteous smile and response. Excellent service - I would go back again!

After careful online research, I was certain I knew the features that I wanted and needed for my new purchase. Caplans was recommended by a family friend. I ventured to various stores, CDN appliances, appliance canada and the numerous locations found In Vaughan. After going to Caplans - I was pleased with their attention to detail - they listened to me and my budget. I placed my order and they made extra efforts to co- ordinate my delivery, removal, installation and actually cared enough to ensure that I was happy with the product. Retail sales is not dead and I will most definitely return for my fridge and dishwasher replacements. A company who actually cares - kudos !!

Kitchen appliances are more needed for new home. We don’t know which brand of appliances we wanted to purchase for our kitchen. Some of my friend suggested me for this brand. Salesperson gave suggestions for appliances for washer and dryer. Salesperson was explaining differences and functions of appliances and did not force us to buy on the spot. Really he was very helpful for me.
