We bought all of our kitchen appliances from Caplan. Firstly, we were able to bargain a bit after doing some comparison shopping. Caplans gave an excellent price. The store is always busy with people. Incidently, we purchased a product from their clearance area. It was as good as new! The salesperson always responds quickly and tried hard to get us what we want, the price we wanted. They seem to really care. I strongly recommend going to Caplan.

We bought our previous appliances from Caplan's so figured with the upcoming kitchen reno it was a no brainer that we would go back to them. We upgraded our appliances with the help of the fantastic salesperson we worked with. Their knowledge of all appliances has not been matched by any other company we visited nor was anyone able to come close to their prices. They are absolutely the best appliance company!

We have purchased both a stove and fridge at Caplans at different times. On each occasion, the customer service and knowledge were excellent and the price was the lowest. They delivered when they said they would and the delivery people went the extra mile to help us move our old appliances. I would definitely go back there again!

We purchased all of our appliances from Caplans. We were extremely pleased with the service. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to search for answers if they didn't know them. Prices were very competitive.

The sum is greater than the parts here. Overall we were very pleased with the product knowledge and selection available at Caplan's. It was convenient to buy and the installation was particularly impressive. Their recommended installer (Nick) showed up quickly, was friendly, and offered a good price for installation plus hauling away our old dishwasher. In comparison with a store like Sears, Caplan's seems to truly give you a choice of all price ranges and models. We became interested in Bosch's quality but found that most stores (like Sears) seemed to overprice the few high-end appliances they carried, perhaps in an effort to make their competing Kenmore product look better. Anyway, Caplan's came through on price, selection, and service. We bought during their boxing week sale so saved a few bucks - although it was a bit inconvenient to wait over the holidays as they closed the store for several days.
