    Does beyond what is expected

    I called them and they were able to come quickly due to a cancellation as they are quite busy during summer time. They cleaned all my vents, ducks, and fireplace. Service is professional, friendly and efficient. I'm extremely satisfied. Will do business again for sure when it's time to clean them in 2 years.

    After Robert cleaned all of the vents in my house, now, I understand the reason why this company's reviews are so high. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this company for the duct cleaning service. Do not forget to ask them to clean the dryer vent.

    Excellent Duct and Vent Services by Capps

    We called Capps for duct and vent cleaning services after moving into a new house, which previously had cats. The service was fantastic and the improvement in air quality immediately noticeable. Robert, the technician who visited our house, was friendly, professional, experienced, and very thorough. He gave us valuable advice on maintenance and other related issues that went beyond expectations. Highly recommended. Thank you, Robert!

    Air duct cleaning

    End-to-end great experience with this company. Great attention to detail, explaining the why-s, staying on estimated time. In one word: professional. I wish we had found them earlier...Keep it up, folks!

    Duct Cleaning

    Robert from CAPPS Duct cleaning came to clean the air ducts after renovations. Robert was very nice and thorough and explained the process involved. As originally indicated, it took approx. 1.5 hrs to complete the work, and Robert did a wonderful job. In addition, I had Robert clean our dryer vents. Thank you for the great work!

    PROFESSIONALISM AND HONESTY

    Paul came to inspect our duct system; we have an unconventional HVAC system...when he finished the inspection he advised us that we do not require duct cleaning and that we should simply continue to keep our filters clean. ...so really nice to meet such an honest, professional technical service provider.

    Full Duct Cleaning Service

    I initially got in touch with Capps because of their stellar reviews on Homestars. When I spoke with Cynthia she was very knowledgeable and helpful and you could tell she has been in the industry a while. After my initial conversation I decided to hire them. The tech Robert is a licensed HVAC technician and did a thorough check to see how the work should be approached. They clearly assess the home and come up with a game plan instead of a one size fits all solution. This home probably never had the ducts cleaned and Robert showed me the bags of dust bunnies that were collected. Very happy with the service and will use them again when renovations are completed. I knocked off 1 star only because I was expecting a new furnace filter, perhaps the one I had was in good shape and didn't need replacement. If that's the case I will adjust my review. After this experience I will only be hiring contractors found through homestars. My last kijiji contactor was terrible and unprofessional. Complete opposite of what my experience with Capps. Thank you Cynthia and Robert for the great work and professionalism!

We do not normally carry filters with us as there are just to many types and sizes. Normally we clean and advise that it be replaced by yourself if necessary to do so. I assume it was not necessary.     Simply the best!

    A truly professional company that we used today. They arrived on time, explained everything that they would do with the vents and answered all of my questions. This is how every company should operate. They cleaned all of my vents, dryer and central vac system

    Duct Cleaning, A/C issues

    We had some rodent problems and wanted to make sure our ducts were clean. We had also been noticing condensation coming from our a/c unit. Paul asked for some photos, we set a date and he came to take care of business. I can’t express how wonderful it is to meet an honest, hard working, gentleman who is actually interested in helping his clients. Paul is a pro with excellent knowledge and great advice. He provided me with a solution to my a/c problem repaired some of my duct work, cleaned all registers and intakes, but best of all he let me know that a full duct cleaning wasn’t necessary! He, of course, did all this in keeping with the current Covid restrictions. I highly recommend Capp’s duct cleaning services. and
