If possible to give more stars, I would. These guys came in and went above and beyond what was required to get the job done. They were very helpful and offered alternative solutions to the current problem I was having with my dryer. I had them clean our ducts a few years ago and both guys remembered me and we picked up on our conversation from the past. I am blown away at the amazing customer service and professionalism. Definitely the gold standard of Duct Cleaning service! Thank you again.

Paul and Joe were exactly as advertised! They called to confirm the appointment and their ETA the day of service. They were quick, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and were lovely to work with. I will absolutely hire them again.

Paul and Joe did a fantastic job- from start to finish. Customer experience positive- a call to confirm time the day prior, showed up on time. They provided proof of license (without asking) , explained the process, made several checks of vents and furnace before starting. Asked about pets- and suggested best place for them during the process ( which is noisy). Wall were protected with cloth. Best of all- the clean was fantastic (see before/after photos) Everything was completely cleaned up before leaving - even the dryer vent debris outside was vacuumed up. The house had a fresh scent too. Would definitely use Capps again and recommend them.

Joe and Paul were friendly and courteous. They answered all our questions. Our ducts had not been cleaned since moving into our house. Their work was thorough and efficient. I would definitely recommend their service.

A little disappointed with this company’s work after I had renovations done at my house. As they packed up their truck to leave I found lots of construction crumbs in the vent at my front door. They came back inside with only a portal vacuum to suck it out. After they left I continued to look at the rest of my vents and they all felt gritty and dusty. I vacuumed a few more out myself plus used a wet cloth as far as I could reach to get the fine dust that construction leaves behind.

I haven't had my ducts clean since the last service over 7 years ago. The previous duct cleaning didn't make me feel the house was clean .So when look at HomeStars and the reviews of Capps Duct Cleaning, I found they were Awesome and very professional. I will be calling them again in 3yrs.

Paul and Joe came by this past Tuesday to clean our ducts and dryer vent. They arrived right on time, and were not only professional but also very courteous, personable and friendly. They completed the cleaning of the vents, our furnace, and the dryer vent in about an hour and forty-five minutes. Compressed air and an agitation tool were used to loosen dust and debris in each of the individual heat registers and air return ducts in the house (I watched them clean each one), and debris was vacuumed out of the vents - and out of the house - to the waste bin in their van. The vacuum was powerful enough to pull out an empty soft drink can, a piece of MDF, various bits of plaster, and pieces of plastic sheeting. They removed years worth of dryer lint from the vent, and when I went out to the back patio to test the airflow it was noticeably improved. Most important for me, however, is the fact that the removal of the lint from the dryer vent has reduced the likelihood of a dryer fire starting in the future. Once the cleaning was completed, the vents were sanitized. Paul also cut a hole in the air return duct to our furnace to thoroughly clean it out. Paul has a gas fitter's license, which is not the case for technicians with some duct cleaning companies - and it was important to me to make sure that the person touching our furnace was licensed to clean and service it, as we just had the furnace installed in January of this year and didn't want to void our manufacturer's warranty by having an unlicensed technician clean it. It's been a few days since the cleaning of the ducts, and the air in our home is clean. It seems that less dust accumulates between vacuuming and dusting, and drying our clothes takes *far* less time than it used to. I am very pleased with the service - not only with the outcome, but with the incredibly professional and thorough way in which it was rendered. I give Capps Duct Cleaning my highest recommendation.

Great experience dealing with this company: extremely professional, great communication skills, attentive to details, arrived on time, finished work quickly, left our house nice and clean. As a bonus, fixed the panel on the furnace which stopped the whistling noise it was making. Job well done Paul and Jo, thank you!

From the first phone call, Paul and Jo were professional and inclusive. I'm the type who wants to know what's being done and why, and the guys were patient and took the time to explain every detail of what they were doing. They even explained that we didn't need a new furnace, when I was planning to spend the money this year. Overall, our house has never been happier. The air reaches every room in the house; even the 2nd floor guest room and basement bathroom, which have historically been ice boxes. Not only that, but for the first time in a long time, my wife was able to sleep soundly without allergies. These are the benefits of getting your ducts cleaned. If you've been putting it off because you don't understand why it's necessary, take it from me; it's like living in a totally different house.
