    Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Other than a slight miscommunication on the schedule, the duct cleaning was excellent and I would call on Capps again for future cleaning. Would also recommend them to anyone looking for a good duct cleaner. Very meticulous and felt comfortable that the cleaning was done properly.

    Duct Cleaning

    Just had my ducts cleaned, can feel the flow rate coming out of the registers is faster. Was told by Rob that this house had never had it's ducts cleaned before. Service was quick and thorough, Rob explained to me what he did and where he had to focus. Thanks so much.

    Capps Duct Cleaning

    We recently had our ducts cleaned after renting out our house for the past year. I knew the ducts were in bad shape, Robert confirmed that the ducts were filthy. Robert did an amazing job!!! He was fast, friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions. We noticed a difference with our air quality right away. In addition, all Covid safety procedures were followed. Would highly recommend!!!

    Thorough cleaning

    We've had our air ducts cleaned in the past - but evidence confirmed they were cleaned poorly. Robert was extremely thorough at explaining the cleaning process along with pointing out his findings. He was a 1 man team and completed our home in about 2 1/2 hours. For an extra cost, he even cleaned our central vac system - as good as new. We experienced a slight problem after his departure, not his doing, but a testament to his true professionalism as he did his best to get us in touch with individuals who could assist us. Thank you Robert for your service and after service assistance. We HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them again.

    Duct cleaning and air flow recommendations

    We were looking for a company to clean our ducts but also have a look at our system to find ways to optimize it. We called several companies and we were really convinced by Paul as he was already offering great tips just on the call to book the appointment. The day of the appointment we were not disappointed. While Joe was working on the duct cleaning (clean and efficient), Paul toured the house with us to discuss ways to improve our home air flow and get an even temperature throughout the house. Our furnace filter was too big and he gave us a new one to replace it. We did feel the improvement as soon as he left the house and we are not freezing in the basement anymore when our AC is on. Would really recommend! Thanks guys!

    Duct Cleaning long overdue - very long overdue

    Duct Cleaning

    Excellent service from Paul and Joe. They were both so friendly. They arrived on time and completed the job very efficiently. I would highly recommend Capps for anybody looking for duct cleaning services.

    Duct cleaning

    Great communication from the start and all the way through. I can't stress how important it is to have a clear understanding between parties. Paul and Joe were prompt and professional. Paul explained in detail the process and helped me answer a few questions I had. My last cleaning was done about 7 yrs ago and so this was much needed. You can actually hear bits and pieces being pulled through the large vacuum hose, as the pressure scrubber airline does it's job. The clothes dryer is definitely more efficient and a noticeable difference when it comes to dust settling on flat surfaces. Very happy with the service from Capps. Thank you.

    Polite and Professional

    Paul and Joe came in to clean the ducts and furnace at my rental home as tenants had a shaggy dog. Paul was extremely careful with all furniture and items in the two units in the house and explained the process in detail. He and his partner were quick, efficient and polite. At the end of the cleaning he 'fogged' the ducts (disinfected) with a natural substance of thyme and lemon. The whole house smelled beautiful. My brother has used CAPPS and I will definitely recommend CAPPS to all my friends.

    Duct cleaning

    So glad I got Capps Bros. to clean my ducts. Not sure if previous owners of my house ever cleaned them but what a difference with the dust after doing so. Guys were friendly and thorough and I am very happy with the service. Would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about getting their service. If you have done any renovations should certainly get your ducts cleaned. Thanks again guys.
