    Duct cleaning / Maintenance / Prevention

    Capps Duct cleaning came across my path as a referral from another company whose schedule conflicted with our availability. I called Kathe, and was sold from the first moment! Kathe’s respectful and calming approach to our frantic call set the framework for a solid professional relationship. She introduced us to the summer specials, and helped us find the most cost-effective package. Paul and Joe arrived early for our appointment. They displayed a high level of professionalism and care, managing their footwear needs to ensure no outside material was tracked into our home. They reviewed the layout of our house, and outlined the method they would be using in getting our ducts cleaned. The team started out by explaining the importance of cleaning after major renovation or repair, and kept us involved in each step, encouraging us to ask questions as the process unfolded. We were fortunate to work with true professionals who were not interested in upselling or inflating prices. We were given a fair and accurate quote, and we are grateful that they were able to incorporate our last minute additional changes. Thanks to Paul and Joe, we were able to able to put measures into place to protect our external warm air vents, and they provided this advice at no extra charge!! We look forward to hearing from you for our maintenance!.

    air duct cleaning

    They were professional and friendly, no complaints at all. They came when they said they would and understood the eeds of our dog came first. They were patient and answered all my husbands questions

    Duct Cleaning

    Owner Paul and right-hand man Joe did an excellent job! Our ducts hadn't been cleaned in over a decade. They were courteous, explained the process in detail, and did a top-quality job. Outstanding customer service. Thank you!

    Duct cleaning / furnace service

    All of the reviews that I read are true - owner Robert and technician Scott arrived promptly and removed their shoes to keep all of the areas clean. They were both very fast and efficient and had all of the ducts and my dryer vent cleaned in about 90 mins. Robert took the time to explain my furnace components and concerns and replaced a very old humidifier filter and an electrical component that was rusted out and preventing the humidifier from working at all. Thanks again guys and the office staff for the great service!

    Duct cleaning

    We are breathing easier after having the ducts cleaned in the house we just moved into. Paul and Joe were very friendly and polite; they explained the process and showed us what would be done. They also showed us the pillow-case worth of dust bunnies that had come out by the end, so you can see it really makes a difference. I would highly recommend them.

    Home Duct Cleaning

    It started out with great communication from Kathe. Paul and Joe showed up, were super polite, explained the process, and did a great job. Over-the-top service. Providing suction to individual ducts, their process is different than other services we have had and it works much better. There was alot of debris that was removed this time that must have been there from the beginning when we installed the ducts in 1994. Highly recommended!

    Duct Cleaning

    From the beginning, Kathe was polite, knowledgeable, detailed and patient in answering my questions. Rob and Scott are very knowledgeable, skilled, qualified, detailed, clean and organized men and they work well together as a team too! They took the time and walked me through every step of the way of the process they were going to conduct step by step and gave insight and pointers as well. I was totally amazed at the things they were able to get out of the ducts. I can totally feel the difference in the air quality. I would definitely recommend them to my friends, colleagues and family. Thanks Capps Duct Cleaning! :-D

    Duct Cleaning

    Paul and Joe just left my place and I wanted to let folks know about how friendly and thorough a job they did at my place. They were super upfront about what they could and could not do, managing expectations very well. They explained their cleaning method and how it compared with others, including the pros and cons of each. Their equipment used in the house was very clean, so no dust from previous jobs were left of my floor. Shoes were removed as soon as they entered. However, it's the small details that set my mind at ease, such as always taking a second look under tables and behind doors to ensure that they didn't miss any ducts and double checking equipment for damage before starting the job to ensure everything was in working order. I would definitely call them again in a few years (they felt that I wouldn't need to see them for at least another 5 years) or if I move into a new place.

    Duct Cleaning

    Paul and Joe showed up on time and took me around the house and explained everything that they would do to clean the ducts. Their thorough cleaning of all ducts (not just moving the dirt around) was impressive. In and out in just over an hour. Great job gentlemen!!

    Duct, Furnace, and Dryer Vent Cleaning

    From the customer service on the telephone to the actual service provided. I was pleased! Both Rob and Scott were friendly and knowledgeable about the services that were provided. The pricing was accurate and no hidden fees or agendas surprisingly popped up after the service was completed. The timeframe allotted for the service provided which was initially discussed on the phone, was accurate as well (which was excellent). Obtaining an appointment was timely as well as flexible. What I really enjoyed was the detailed information provided by Rob and Scott regarding each service that took place. I was able to ask ample questions followed by well informed, experienced responses.
