    Complete Window Replacement

    Had a complete brick to brick 30 + window installation done on a complete home renovation. Our sales rep at Casa Bella Windows, Jay Biller , was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He made it very easy and was a consummate professional. We ordered the windows and they arrived exactly on time . The crew that spent 6 days ( exactly what we were told by Jay ) were incredibly professional. They arrived at 9 am every day, and did a wonderful job. Even our contractor and the other workmen commented on the high quality of their work. The crew cleaned up at the end of every day and took any boxes, garbage, etc., with them. They left nothing behind , and the work was completed on time with no surprises. I would recommend Casa Bella, Jay Biller , and the crew to anybody who needs windows done. Everything was explained to us, and so far we are extremely pleased with the workmanship and quality. Thank you Jay and crew

    Window and door replacement

    Casa Bella replaced 2 windows and a main entrance door with side light for us. Our sales person, Ronnie, was very easy to work with and was very accurate with the details so that the window and door that arrived were exactly as ordered, thank you. The windows and doors are of excellent quality. We were extremely happy with the installation crew who worked quickly and with obvious skill, courtesy and consideration. We would not hesitate to recommend Casa Bella Windows to anyone.

    Windows and Doors Replaced

    Casa bella windows and doors did a wonderful job installing all our windows, and 2 doors in one day! Not only where they fast, but they made sure that everything was clean afterwards! Remarkable service! Best of all Al Smith was wonderful to deal with. He always answered all of our questions in a timely manner! Thanks Casa Bella Windows!

    window replacement

    Ronnie was very helpful in helping us determine what we needed for our new windows and also coordinated the installation works. The installers were very friendly and courteous. They did a great job in removing the old windows and installing the new ones and also took away the old windows. They were very respectful when working inside the house and cleaned up afterwards both inside and out. The interior trim was completed professionally to where we only had to prime and paint. We were very satisfied with the quality of work. All in all a very gratifying experience.

    Windows Replacement

    I have used this company for the second time and everything went smooth and as planed, on both installs. First time I changed some windows and a patio door and now changed a few more windows. Install techs Ricardo and Ray made sure everything is up to my standards and made sure every little detail is taken care off, from removing the old windows to cleaning up after themselves. Also before the install I had the pleasure to meet Matt, which was my salesperson and helped me out get the right window for the right room. He also made sure the install and timing was done within the right timeframe. I shall do business with Casa Bella again.

    windows

    I was extremely pleased with Casa Bella and would highly recommend them. I received excellent service from both the Sales representative and the installation team. The job was completed on time and went extremely well. Very detailed work and the guys were very professional .The windows look great and I can already notice a huge difference. The house is warmer and quieter. Very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use them again.

    Window Replacement

    We were extremely pleased with Casa Bella. From the Sales representative to the installation team. The installation went very smoothly. The work was done on time and with excellent attention to detail. The team was very conscientious and cleaned every thing up after each day. The windows look great and will use them again to finish the remaining windows in the house.

    Doors and Windows

    Excellent communication. Fast service and superior craftsmanship. Very happy and highly recommend. Will use again in future. Ronnie took great care to answer all of our questions, meet our needs and expectations. The crew who worked on the job were courteous and professional, even with my 8 week old son home during the process. The steel doors are amazing, love the multipoint locking system and the windows/trim have made such a difference in our home's aesthetics as well as heat retention. Couldn't be more pleased with the final product.

    Windows and Door replacement

    From initial estimate to a visit to the showroom to choose the right style to installation, our experience with Casa Bella Windows was superb. We are extremely satisfied with the final product and are already making plans with Casa Bella to replace a few more windows next Spring. The major selling point for us was the fact that there were no subcontractors involved in the process. Casa Bella has their own estimators, installers and they manufacture their own windows. Competitive pricing was just an added bonus to all of this. We highly recommend this company.

    Windows and Doors

    We bought two new doors (Garden and French door) from Casa Bella with Mathew Harant. Product and price just fantastic, installers the best. Installed in the day promised. For sure we recommend Casa Bella Windows. Next year we'll buy another door.
