Door installation
We've had our entire windows (12+ windows+patio door) replaced by Casa Bella last year. At that time, we were very happy with the results. They do a great job with windows. However, if you are considering getting your doors done as well, please read on. Since we've had such a pleasant experience with our windows, we've decided to return to get our doors done this year. After waiting almost 5 months to get our two doors (average wait time between emails was about a week and had to contact the management to get the installation date), the installation day went far from what we were initially told to expect. We were told that it'd be a half day, easy-breezy job. It ended up taking a whole day with my husband taking 3 trips to Canadian Tire/Home Depot, and having rather agonizing discussions with the installers. In the end, we have received an email of apology from our sales rep (not the management), and a gift card of $50 to compensate for our full day of loss of work and extra expenses that we had to incur due to lack of communication from their part. By the way, if you are wondering why their rating is so high, it's because they send free movie tickets if you give them a high/perfect rating.
