    Window Installation

    Casa Bella Windows was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I called them originally due to Home Stars. Due to unforeseen circumstances we received our Quote at least 12 months before we actually committed to the job. The price got adjusted accordingly along the way as material prices were going up slightly but there was a lot of back and forth because of us and Casa Bella was extremely patient throughout the entire process. Professional and courteous even though I can imagine how frustrating we made the process. The day of the install, they showed up on time and really provided a quality job with 100% satisfaction. We have another project for Casa Bella that we recently begun and a mistake was made on the quote. We committed to get the service done and the mistake was found minutes after the contract was signed. Casa Bella was very professional about the mistake and honored the original quote/contract (after speaking with management). I also recommended Casa Bella to another friend who also got their windows done. He ended up giving rave reviews to me about them. All in all, a pleasure to deal with and they were actually one of the cheaper quotes as well for myself and my friend.

    bedroom windows

    This was our second time working with Casa Bella Windows and the experience was just as great as the first one. Even the installation crew remembered us from the first time they came. The windows are beautiful and they make the house very warm and cozy. We highly recommend this company and we will definitely be working with them again when we are ready to change our next set of windows.

    Front door

    We needed the door replaced after an unfortunate break in last summer. The crew were friendly and efficient. We love the door design as we had a great variety to choose from the catalogue. It is amazing that the previous draft no longer exists and the light in the hallway is wonderful. Thanks casa bella- you made our house bella!

    Windows and Patio door

    Allan, Mike and Manny did an excellent job on the days which had most snow in Feb-2015 and also the coldest. Remarkable job of dust control and cleanup upon completion of project. Most beautiful windows on the Avenue and real lovely showpiece.

    window replacements

    We were extremely pleased with Casa Bella. We received excellent service from both our sales rep Mathew Harant And The Installation Team. The job was completed professionally and on time. Mathew also made a follow up visit to our home to ensure everything went well. Thanks Casa Bella for a fantastic job.

    Replacement windows

    Our sale rep Derek was attentive and followed up on multiple occasions. One screen damaged during shipping,our installer Oliver noted the deficiency and arranaged a replacement which was done soon after. Installation crew was polite, tidy and they even removed the stickers and cleaned all the windows, removed debris, etc. We will be using Casa Bella on future upgrades.

    Door installation

    My work order was to install two doors. Even those they cannot completed all the work on the scheduled date due to some technical problem. I contacted the sales manager, Ronnie Pascua immediately and I really appreciate that he has followed through and re-scheduled another date for the rest of the work . I was satisfied the products as well as the job done by the professional crew.

    Windows Replacement

    Mike Fung from Markham Jan-08-2015 I was extremely pleased with Casa Bella and would highly recommend them. I received excellent service from Jay Biller the Sales representative and the installation team. The job was completed on time and went well. Very detailed work and the guys were very professional. Jay also made a follow up visit to our home and he ensure everything are Ok. Thanks Guys.

    Replacement Windows

    We are very happy with our new windows Our sales rep, Ronnie was great to deal with, the windows were installed on time, the finished product is excellent and the installers did a very professional job and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

    Window Replacement

    Our window replacement project could not have been better. From the start with Mathews recommendations to Ricardo and Ray completing the installation, everything was excellent. The entire process was smooth and seamless. Windows are excellent!
