Replacement Window Install
I saw the Casa Bella Window display at the Home Show and knew it was the replacement window I wanted for my bedroom. Right from talking to the salesman through to the actual installation it was handled expertly . The window looks fantastic and I have had nothing but positive comments from my neighbours.

Window Replacement
It starts and ends with good service. Sales agent through to delivery. The crew that showed up was attentive to detail, respectful of the space they were working in and clean. I have had had many contractors do work for me over the years and they guys were top notch. They used drop cloths in every work area of the house, removed the old windows and garbage and may have left the place cleaner than they found it. They started on time every day and were extra accommodating in working around and with the an alarm installation. There might be marginally cheaper alternatives out there, but if you are going to have people trek through your house pay for the good service and knowledge that the installer and manufacturer are one and the same.

Whole house windows & Main entry door
I researched many companies. Read good reviews on HS. Also, 3 of my neighbours used CB and were very happy. Ted was very helpful with all the details. Workers (we had 2 teams) are courteous, punctual and careful with furniture. They made sure runners were used not to damage flooring. We have a large house and the work was done in record time of 5 days. We are very happy with CB windows. House is warm, draft free! We have no hesitation in recommending CB!

Window replacement, whole home
A great experience! German, Manny & Allan were great guys, on time, polite, professional, diligent, on time and kept things as spotless as possible. Best reno experience to date - would highly recommend to anyone looking for window replacement,

Complete removal of old windows and installation of new windows
German, Manny, Allan, Jeff and Rey did a fantastic job during the coldest days of the year! Always professional, courteous, and went the extra mile in spite of working under extreme conditions. The new windows are perfect. The house feels like new! I would recommend Casa Bella to anyone. Thanks guys!

Window replacement
Oliver, Matt and the crew from Casa Bella were on time, professional, friendly & efficient. They did an excellent job & cleaned up everything before they left. The new windows are beautiful.

Windows and Patio Door Replacement
What can I say, Casa Bella was amazing. They delivered on everything they promised and went above and beyond the call of duty by pointing out concerns with water damage and ensuring my existing Hunter Douglas blinds integrated perfectly into the new windows. Thank you Casa Bella!

Front Door
The experience with Casa Bella was amazing from start to finish. Joanne from the sales office was so accomodating, helpful and professional. Even though I was not sure of the design that I wanted, she gave me a full spectrum of what I had to choose from and provided quotes as often as I changed by mind. They always kept their appointments for measurements and were very efficient and reliable. The installation was just as seamless. My old door was removed and disposed off and the installers were professional and thorough. We couldn't have asked for a better door or better experience. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Not to mention that the door is beautiful and my neighbours stop in front of the house to get a better look.

Replacing windows
We've had all the windows replaced (brick to brick). Jose, the sales rep, was friendly and thorough throughout the process -- and trust me, I've bugged him till I was sure about every little detail on the contract. We absolutely love the work that was done. Will use them again soon to get our doors replaced!

replaced my windows and garden door.
just had my windows and back door replaced last week,oct21 to25.Right from the initial meeting of my sales associate,Jose,I was given the best possible attention sand service.jose went above and beyond to see that I was happy with everything.The window crew that came to instal the windows were wonderful,the team of German,Manny and Allan were great.They worked nicely together,were punctual and they too,went above and beyond to see that I was happy.
