    New Windows

    Installing new windows with Casa Bella was simple and stress free. From the quote to installation they were professional and knowledgeable and the windows are great. I highly recommended using them. They provided terrific advice and made the decision making process super easy and the quality of the windows themselves is great.

    Brick-to-Brick Windows and Doors Replacement

    Replacing windows and doors in your house is a major project for most homeowners. After 22 years of living with the original windows and doors in our house it was time for us to replace our windows and doors. My wife and I were extremely nervous and hesitant with this project both from a product quality and most importantly the product installation perspective. We evaluated 6 quotes from 6 different vendors and decided to go with Casa Bella. Casa Bella was the middle quote and we were not disappointed. The Casa Bella experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The Sales process started with Jay Biller who clearly outlined the products and various options. The windows and doors that we selected were beautiful. Then came the critical part – the Installation. The Casa Bella Installation crew of 3 individuals German Rojas, Manny Martin and Allan were simply outstanding – we called them the “Dream Team”. It was a complete end-to-end job with a lot of attention to detail and workmanship. We highly recommend Casa Bella.

    Windows and Doors

    We are extremely satisfied with the Casa Bella product i.e. Windows and Doors. Our experience from sales to installation was second to none. Jay was very informative regarding the various products available to us within our price range. The installation crew i.e. Terry, Bill, Richard and Ricardo were not only extremely knowledgeable about the products but did an excellent job right down to the last bead of caulk. I highly recommend Casa Bella for windows and doors.

    Front Windows Renovation

    Great work, from the sales staff to the installers. All was done very smooth and reasonably priced, from ordering, installation, and including cleanup. We were very happy with the finished product, definitely will be calling back when we need more windows done!!!

    Window Replacement

    After hearing several negative comments from friends regarding their window replacement experience from different companies, my wife and I were nervous about replacing our windows. Casa Bella was recommended to us by a friend who had her windows replaced by the company several years ago. She had good things to say about the experience. When I saw the quality of the installation at her home I was impressed and requested a quote from Casa Bella. I was not disappointed. From the initial contact with sales rep Mathew Harant, who was extremely professional and flexible in accommodating our needs; to the installation team of Terry, Bill, and Richard, our experience was a positive one. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail from the installation team was impressive. I highly recommend Casa Bella!

    Windows and Doors

    Like most home owners, replacing all the windows and doors in a house is a major decision, fraught with anxiety regarding both the quality of the product and the care and craftsmanship of the installation. Our first contact at Casa Bella was with sales rep, Nick Pasquale. He was caring enough to make two trips to our home and help guide us through the design process. I would also mention that Nick was always available to answer any and all questions. Delivery was right on schedule. The excellent service and care continued through the instillation phase. German Rojas, Manny Martins and Allan arrived on time, were respectful, friendly and highly conscientious. Two of the windows were four-piece bows. Their patience and attention to detail was obvious; you can tell that they took pride in their work. Upon completion, the guys cleaned up and left the site spotless. Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Casa Bella Windows. Countless compliments from neighbors and family have confirmed we made the right decision.

    Front Window Replacement

    We recently had two large front windows replaced (104"wide) and can't say enough about the service we received. Excellent salesmanship from Derick Caldwel, quick precise quote, good follow up to check if any questions or explanations were required. Installation appointment about 3-4 weeks waiting but worth it. Installation team arrived on time, were respectful of my home. Did the job fast and well, couldn't be happier with the finished product. Overall a very good experience.

    Replacement bow window

    After a disappointing customer service experience with Pella to repair a damaged Pella bow window, I decided to look around for another supplier to do a total replacement. The positive reviews of Casa Bella Windows in Homestars.com caught my eye. My first contact with Mathew Harant in sales at Casa Bella’s showroom on Airport Road gave me a good impression. I explained to him what I wanted and he answered all my questions fully and professionally, no high pressure sales pitch, no derogatory remarks about other windows companies, only what Casa Bella can do to meet my needs. Two subsequent meetings later, I signed the Renovation Contract Agreement. What impressed me most on this project was the work done by the installation team of German, Manny and Allan. The job took 2 days. The first thing they did when they arrived was to put down thick drop sheets to protect my hard wood floor. They exercised great care in taking out the old window, always mindful of not damaging the existing exterior stucco and interior dry wall. I opted for Casa Bella’s Uniqwood windows with vinyl exterior and oak interior. So there was quite a bit of wood trim work to be done. German was very meticulous, always paying attention to small details. His carpentry skills shined in the final product – perfect miter joints and smooth corners. It would be remiss of me if I didn’t mention Manny’s caulking – neat, straight and no spills. Allan made the work site clean and organized. The final result is a beautiful wood framed bow window which stands as a testament to the excellent work done by Casa Bella.

    Windows

    Great experience from start to finish! Mathew Harant recommended exactly what I needed. The installation team of Terry, Bill and Richard were professional in every way. They were experienced, friendly and helpful at all times... truly a superb job.

    Windows

    I want to take this opportunity to say many, many thanks for your highly impressive, fast and efficient service. I can’t remember when I last sent a review to a company, but I have just been so impressed with the quality of the product and the team that I feel that it’s due. We had our windows replaced in our entire house and from start to finish your service has been more than excellent that started with Ted Schlosser. We arranged for Ted to come to our house to explain the product lines, installation process, timeline, and the cost. He was thorough in his explanations, and responded to all the issues we raised with professional candor. His home visit to do the measuring was thorough and quick, and so was his e-mail that arrived the following day explaining the cost of windows and installation minus any pressure to decide immediately. It was a refreshing change. As for the installation team of Germany, Kyle, and Manny, very special thank you goes to them. They were skilled, courteous, and polite. They did an excellent job! They took great care to ensure that the installation of the windows was done right. Everyone was on time and cleaned up before they left each day. The entire project was completed without any complications and minor issues were dealt with quickly and always to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Casa Bella Windows for any types of windows and for their professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and courteous staff in sales, measurement and installation.
