Earlier this year, we had windows and a sliding door installed by Casa Bella. Our salesperson, Jose D'Amora, made several trips to our home. Not only did he answer all of our questions, but he gave us great advice on window and door options. Mani and his hard-working installation crew were great to deal with and very courteous. Everyone we dealt with from Casa Bella were professional from start to finish. We're looking forward to our second phase of window installation.

After few quotes we decided to go with Casa Bella to replace our windows and basement door. Our sales rep Kayla was very honest and she was always there to answer any concerns. When we visited the show room, Ronni was very helpful and knew what we were looking for: quality and we got that and more. The instalation crew, German and team were excellent!!! I have recommend them to all my neighbours.

Casa Bella replaced our 30-years old windows and doors. We chose architecture+ for most windows and some slide windows besides interlock. New windows are beautiful, well designed, high quality and bring in a lot more light. Rooms look much more brighter, and our house looks like brand new. Kayla from sales team provided prompt response to all our questions, inquiries and changes. With her suggestions and extra effort to help us collect more info about front door choices, we are able to make final decision and get contract signed. German and his install team did a great job too. The installation took 5 days. The team arrived on time everyday, did their job professionally, efficiently and courteously, cleaned up carefully during and after everyday. I have 2 young kids and never worry about doing any more cleaning work after the team left. During the first day installation, German identified a small defect on one window frame, he called company right away, and we got a new replacement window the next day. It's completely worry free. We would highly recommend Casa Bella to our family friends. Actually during the installation, several neighbors already dropped by asking German for the business card. Good windows and good workmanship is best ads.

Replaced our front windows. Dealt with Jay for pricing, Kyle was the installer. Everything was done professionally and punctual. Installers were careful to clean up after themselves. Jay followed up with us a few days later to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. He even bothered to come by and check the job personally.

My experience with Casa Bella was great, from the initial phone call to the final hand shake at the end and everything in between. Salesperson was Mathew Harant, who was fantastic - he answered any questions or concerns I had but more importantly sent quotes in a timely manner. Install team was Alan, Manny and German. These guys don't mess around, they were fast, efficient and know what exactly they're doing. Arrived on time, cleaned up every day and finished the job in estimated time frame. The windows themselves look fantastic and will probably outlast the house the way they were installed. The patio door with blinds built into the windows is well worth the extra cost. Also, the final caulking around the exterior edges puts regular caulking guns to shame - they used caulking elephant guns or something. I know for a fact now there will be no more water penetrating under the patio door. I would definitely recommend Casa Bella to anyone. (Still waiting for a sign to put on my lawn!)

They did a beautiful job and we're professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Casa Bella replaced our original builder windows, front door and patio door. The entire experience from initial contact to final installation was very smooth and professional. Mathew was very thorough in quoting the scope of work, and Ricardo and his installation partner were flexible and did a great job.

Casa Bella catapulted my 1960s ranch into the 21st century!!! The windows are beautiful, excellent quality and really well designed. Joanne from the show room is truly fantastic. She was patient with my many questions and order changes. She worked with us every step of the way. We were especially thankful that the order could be rushed and the installation scheduled to fit our tight renovation schedule. The installers were on time and very efficient. They cleaned up and left no mess behind. They did an excellent job on the window trim. We are so happy we chose Casa Bella for our windows and we will definitely be going back for some doors soon.

Amazing company! Salesman Mathew Harant was great, very professional from start to finish. He knew exactly what I needed and did not try to pressure me into anything. Installers Ricardo and Ray were also great. They did an amazing job with the installation. I did quite a bit of research before making my purchase and had quite a few quotes. Casa Bella was competitively priced and not to mention their service and professionalism trumped all others. I will highly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again Mathew.
