We needed to replace 7 windows in our older home and after extensive research, we decided to go with Casa Bella. The overall price was inline with other quotes we received but the deciding factor was the excellent service we received from the sales representative, Mathew Harant. Matt was absolutely outstanding during the process and provided terrific advice in a timely manner. Our windows are now installed and we are very pleased with the end result. The installation team of Ricardo and Ray were excellent as they arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. I would recommend Casa Bella to anyone who requires window related work.

We bought an older home that needed some windows and doors replaced. From the moment we met with the Casa Bella salesman to get a quote, to when they finished the job, we were impressed. Their estimate was in line with the other company we spoke to, but their workmanship was far superior. German and the crew were extremely professional on the day of the reno. We had all the 40 windows in our house replaced by Casa Bella Windows this September. Mathew and the installers Richardo, Jay, Bill and Terry were very knowledgeable and skilled. Our new windows were installed carefully and quickly with minimal disruption to our home. The crew always kept the job site clean and removed construction material each night before leaving. From the start they were very professional. Workmanship was of top quality. They were very receptive to any questions that arose along the way. They were very good at cleaning at the end of each day. The work was completed ahead of schedule with no compromises. Furthermore, we decided to replace our front door due to their attention to detail and results.

The windows and doors are perfect, already getting compliments from my neighbours. The installers were nice guys and real pros. 2 weeks after the install I had an issue with a door, they were on it the day after I called and the problem was solved. Awesome, thanks Jay!
