I have worked with Mathew Harant and his installation crew at Casa Bella to do a large install of front and side doors, a transom and a large front window.
Overall, I am an impossible customer to please: I am very demanding of service providers, read small print, ask millions of questions and do a lot of research on product and competition before agreeing to sign a contract with anyone.
Mathew Harant was our sales contact and I have tested his patience a lot only to find out that he had an endless amount of it: he was very respectful, he knew his product in and out, provided a good advice that I felt was for my benefit, I never felt pressed to sign the contract nor did I feel he rushed to make the sale. Mathew gave me all the good advice and time I needed, was very prompt in responding by email, preparing a quote and providing all the information I needed to make a decision. Having very little knowledge of home renovations or codes, I felt progressively confident in dealing with him. Mathew came personally to do the measurements, and was very courteous with my mom, most importantly, not a single flower or plant were damaged on the front lawn when the measurements were taken (very important:)!). Mathew's installation crew delivered a consistent level of quality of service and completed the work ahead of schedule: respectful to the property and us, the quality of work was excellent, they cleaned up the site after the installation as if they have not even been there.
Overall, very very happy, went into this project with a lot of fear and caution, and now, I am glad that I decided to go with Casa Bella. I would recommend it to everyone I know and would definitely deal with them in the future again.
