We had a great experience with Case Bella. The installation went great and the quality of the finished windows is great. The windows also look amazing. The installers that were sent over were also very friendly and personable. They took great care of our home. Lastly, our sales representative Jose was a pleasure to work with and thoroughly explained and planned every detail about the windows that we were going to purchase and have installed. The installers and Jose were very knowledgeable about their product. Thanks Case Bella.

We are extremely pleased with the level of service and quality of product from Casa Bella. They are extremely affordable (compared to other companies) and their staff are knowledgeable, friendly and detail oriented. We had 10 windows replaced as well as the front entrance door and sidelites. The installation manager was able to highlight minor fabrication issues/mistakes upon delivery of the windows, but prior to the installation and was able to rectify the problem(s) immediately with no risk to our deadline. One was a design issue where he noticed that the window mullions above the door frame didn't match up perfectly, and the second was that he noticed that a single wire in some of the screens was not pulled perfectly tight (we would never have noticed). It was a pleasure to work with a company that has such high standards and takes pride in their work. We highly recommend them and will use them again during our next phase of renovations.

We just had all the windows replaced in our home with Casa Bella and we could not have been happier. From the salesperson Jose, to the Installation Crew German, Manny and Kyle, the whole process was super smooth and easy. The product is real quality, all my concerns were addressed, none of the small details of the job were overlooked, and the installation crew were skilled, professional and very pleasant to have in our home. We're definitely using Casa Bella when we change our doors.

We would highly recommend Casa Bella for the outstanding service and workmanship provided during the recent installation of our windows and doors. It was so refreshing to have the sales agent and installers appear when they said they would. Our sales rep phoned several times to see that all was going according to plan. Casa Bella Windows were by far the best price I found for the quality of work. We spent a couple of years meeting with "sales" people from other companies that always came up with "out of this world" pricing. When we met Ted from Casa Bella he was a breath of fresh air. He helped us find the best windows and doors within a reasonable budget. He was very helpful and not a pushy sales man - again, a breath of fresh air. When they replaced the windows the staff were fantastic, courteous and mindful of our home and our dogs. I can't say enough good things about them - they did an amazing job and the windows are beautiful. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!!

My wife and I had stumbled on CasaBella through reading reviews about their service along with a referral. All the recommendations were exactly right. The windows arrived earlier then the given eta and install was done quickly and very tidy. Casa Bella proved to care about customer service when we had an issue with our front door and they wanted to make sure it was done exactly how we wanted. They came back three times until we were satisfied. It was a testimony of how much they cared. We recommend this company with flying colours

We recently bought an older home in Hamilton and did a lot of shopping around before committing to a deal with Casa Bella Windows. We had five large windows and double doors replaced on the front of the house. Our salesman Jay was terrific. He even gave us a tour the factory where we had an opportunity to talk with the people making the windows. He came to our house and discussed possible options as an installer took measurements. He was in communication with us throughout the process. We have an unusual window and door combination. It's over 16 ft tall and represents the center piece of the house. They did a fantastic job with the window and double fiberglass doors with wrought-iron insert. I have had many complements from people walking by our house. The crew that did the installation arrived when they said they would. They were very professional throughout the process. They did not cause any damage to our floors or walls and cleaned everything up when they finished. We didn't have to do a thing. I would strongly recommend taking a look at this company if you are thinking of installing new windows or doors.

During the renovation of our new home (built in 1956) my wife & I were nervous about some of the unknown factors. We met with Ted and he made us feel so comfortable and confident with Casa Bella and their products and intallers. We started looking at styles and the different products and I was so relieved when everthing seemed to go so smoothly and my wife was so calm which often is not the case. I don't usually write reviews but i was truly impressed with this company. Everything Ted told me was true and exact down to every last detail. The delivery date was right on schedule, there were no suprise costs or extra fees. Every detail was covered. When the installers arrived they were total pros. Respectful, clean, and very accomadating. Oliver the lead installer and his crew were an absolute delight to say the least. Finally it should be noted that the windows are fantastic. Easy to operate, and look great. Also, we put in 2 sets of french doors on the main floor and the fit is perfect. An absolute custom job that transformed the rooms that previously had old sliding glass doors. I'd recommend Ted & Casa Bella to anyone, you would not be disappointed. Thank You Casa Bella!!!
