We got two quotes for windows in our kids room. Casa Bella sales rep, Mathew contacted us shortly and came in-house to do a quote and answered all our questions and concern very promptly. We felt comfortable and decided to use Casa Bella. The service time is great, within 3 weeks, the new windows are ready to be installed. The installation team, German, Kyle and Manny, is a great team. They are very good at their work and left no mess in/out the house. During the process, we were very well informed about the new windows and how they were installed. The finished products look great and made a big difference in my kids room. We will definitely use Casa Bella again and recommend to friends and family.

I contacted Casa Bella to replace my existing +25 year old patio door with a garden door after researching them online. After I read their reviews on Homestars I contacted them for an estimate. Great follow-up by their sales rep for the initial estimates which was followed up quickly by their estimator who did the actual measurements. On installation day, their crew arrived on time, checked to make sure that step one and two of the process had been done correctly and proceeded to complete the entire job in less that 3 hours. Personable and polite staff who cleaned up beautifully before they left. End result, many comments from my neighbours and finally a exit from our living room that I am happy to both use and look at. The other plus is that the door was manufactured locally by people who understand our climate. We're looking forward to many years of reliable service from our new door.

My wife and I were extremely impressed by the salesmen professionalism. He was extremely helpful when we were trying to decide on new front doors, kitchen walkout doors as well as the benefits of having our windows go wall to wall. When the installers arrived they worked long hours until the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess for us. Overall we found their work extremely professional.

Ted Schlosser and his team at Casa Bella were a pleasure to work with. They were efficient, on time, competitively priced, extremely tidy, adaptable to my schedule. After quoting a price they don't have hidden surcharges! The windows and doors look amazing! Most importantly, their follow up and pleasant service for (minor) adjustments were prompt with no excuses even after the final payment was made!I unconditionally recommend them!

I recently gutted my entire 1920's house in downtown Toronto and built a three story addition off the back. After getting quotes from about four different companies my wife and I decided to go with Casa Bella. They provided and installed all of my new windows and doors and did an exceptional job. They were a pleasure to deal with, absolutely professional at all times and went above and beyond when it came to customer service. I never post reviews for businesses, but after going through a full renovation I thought it was important to let others know about the good businesses that are out there. I absolutely recommend this company if you are looking for new windows and doors!

I've used Casa Bella Windows on more than one occasion for both windows and a screen door. My sales rep Ted is top notch, responsive and honest. The quality of the product is excellent and the pricing very competitive with the competition. When I did have a small problem the issue was fixed quickly without any question. I've referred Ted and Casa Bella to a number of my neighbours who were also very satisfied. A relative of mine ordered windows from another company and wanted to save a few dollars - lets just say you get what you pay for. I highly recommend using Ted for your next renovation.

This is the second time I have used Casa Bella for window and door renovations in my home. They are professional and are experts in their field. I have been told by other companies that I am currently working with on other renovations that Casa Bella is a great company. I am very happy with the finished product. The installers were wonderful as always. I had German's team in my home (again for the second time) and I was very pleased. I have recommended Casa Bella to numerous other people and will continue to do so in the future.

I was very inpressed by the whole Casa Bella experience. From the sales to the craftmanship of the installers. My family, friends and neighbours are all very impressed with how the door looks. They where friendly and cleaned up everything like no other company that has done work in my house before. Thanks for such a Great JOB! Money well spent. This project, from an initial meeting with a sales person to the selection of the style and design we wanted went very smoothly. The window looks great and the installation crew was efficient, friendly and helpful. They cleaned up well after completion and we have nothing but praise for their efficency. Job was done in 5.5 hours and we would recommend this company to anyone we know!!
