It has indeed been a pleasant experience making a recent purchase from Casa Bella Windows . I own a ten year old house in Whitby, built by Alliance Homes. My need for a single window can about when the false window in my roof dormer needed replacement. I felt that the likely hood of matching it with the remainder of the house windows was remote, however I gave it a try. My experience with the service provided by Casa Bella Windows / Newmar Windows began with me speaking to Joanne Iadipaolo. She made it her business to clearly understand my need by researching an earlier order I made for my garden shed windows. Even though the style I ordered was no longer a stocked item, enough materials were found to give me the exact produce I desired. This was important to me because I wished to match the remainder of the windows in my house. The window was ready for my pick up exactly as was initially projected by Joanne. During the whole process from purchase to pick up, Joanne provided "personal involvement" and very timely corresponded with me on a professional level. I believe I interrupted the dock worker (do not know his name) during his lunch break, however he too provided me excellent and friendly service. Although I did not feedback my earlier experience in 2005 with my garden shed window purchase, I do remember it a positive purchase. It is indeed refreshing to get the level of service that Joanne provided. She made me feel that my very small order was important and that I was an important customer. I will be easy for me to highly recommend Casa Bella Windows to my friends and associates. Casa Bella did a great job replacing 6 windows at a very competitive price. Devon (the sales rep) was a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt and courteous in responding to any concerns I had. The windows were even installed sooner than originally anticipated. The installers did the job within 2 days and cleaned up thoroughly after. I've already received several compliments from neighbours on my new windows. I would definitely recommend Casa Bella to anyone replacing their windows.

We were very pleased with the replacement of our windows. Starting with our sale person Joanne, who was a pleasure to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating, which helped us make an excellent choice for our windows. The installers, Oliver, Manny and Peter were very respectful of our home. They did an amazing job installing the windows and cleaned up after themselves making the renovations a pleasurable experience. Thanks!

A "wow" sale! Definition of a "wow" sale is "beyond customer's expectations. Marketing: Very good on detail & keeping the customer in the loop (communcations) Measurement: Very precise. Come and measure, then come and re-measure, then a 3rd trip to make sure ledge in window over door correct Team 3 Install: German's trim fantastic. Careful and clean-up fantastic. Workmanship of all 3 fantastic. Also, very respectful to property and person. All in all a job done very well without a hitch. Beyond my expectations as in 2010 who knows what can happen compared to years ago. I can say this as I have looked after 2 homes for 40 years.

Replacement needed for bay and front windows plus patio door. Job completed within 2 days. Installers are courteous, know what they are doing, if asked will explain the work being done. Clean up is thorough and well prepared so no debris are left behind. Excellant crew and polite. Will definitely recommend to others.

Casa Bella replaced all our windows and doors. My salesman, Kevin [last name removed--Ed], walked us through all the options and gave us great advice and at the end we got a no pressure quote. The installers, Riccardo, James and Ray, worked hard and gave us a flawless installation. They worked well together, were easy to talk to, and answered all our questions. Everyone was very professional. We would recommend Casa Bella to anyone thinking about replacing their windows and doors.

I had a full house of windows and doors supplied and installed by Casa Bella. We had numerous quotes, but decided on Casa Bella for the knowledge and expertise of the salesman Kevin. He helped us make the right choices and was never pushy. The installation was flawless and the guys (German and his crew) were fantastic. They took there time and the attention to detail was amazing. From accomodating a last minute window addition to the devine installers Manny and Oliver (who went above and beyond the call of duty) I was thoroughly impressed.
