Casa Bella Windows turned out to be our ace-in-the-hole on the need to "get other estimates" on the home poject we decided we had to do this year. Replacing the Living Room (Bay) and 3 Upstairs bedroom windows in our house (built 1986) was our priority for last year: - because they really needed it, and - the Home Reno Tax Credit (limited time Harper offer)sealed the deal. We obtained other estimates, but we were sold on 2 main points: 1)the professionalism of the staff that came to see the house and show us the windows' specs and offer suggestions of what we wanted/needed, and 2) the price-for-quality difference of Casa Bell's quote & the installation job itself. I'm convincd we got better windows for $3000 less than what others were offering, installed by the supplier, not a 3rd party contractor. The actual installation was GREAT. 2 Days - On the dates promised. The installation crew and the work they did was professional, thorough - and I was watching like a hawk! They didn't make a mess (considering having to hack out 24-year-old windows); took their shoes off in the house, and cleaned up after themselves. There was a mean snowstorm that kicked up on the first day, but the crew of 5 had the old windows out and the new window frames in - and all seals done anyway before they left. Finishing on the inside, finish and trim outide and all cleanup was completed on the second day. The windows are great and look great and outside traffic noise that used to come in through the old ones is gone - along with the drafts. Sorry to be so ebullient, but we're very happy customers. Glad we bought these windows and glad we had Casa Bella install them.

We recently had our windows done and one garden door by Casa Bella Windows. The staff were wonderful, polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. They were prompt and did a great job. The window at the front changed from a flat window to a bay window and it looks super.

After researching companies for over 10 years, we are grateful to have discovered Casa Bella Windows through HomeStars. Steven [last name removed -- Ed], our representative, had extreme patience with us from start to finish. Every detail was explained to us and every question was answered honestly and to the fullest. It was because of his customer service and his attitude that we knew Casa Bella was the right company to complete our job. We had a complete window and door renovation (13 windows/1 patio door/garage side door/front door and side lites)done to our home in January and we are so pleased that we waited ten years to decide who would do it. Casa Bella ranks over and above perfection in the way of customer service, product and installation, both before and after the job is done. Our installers, Mike, Rick and Bill came in to our home and respected it like it was their own. Their attention to perfection, detail, craftmanship and cleanliness was appreciated beyond words. Although we were excited when our job was done, we were sad to see them go!! Our windows and doors look great and we have had many compliments from our family and neighbours!!! If you are considering replacing your windows and/or doors, we highly recommend Casa Bella. You will not be disappointed with their service, their knowledge of their product, their expertise with installation and repairs, the quality of the product, price and above all, their customer service. With Casa Bella, it's money well spent. You get what you pay for and that's a high level of customer service and amazing product. A big "plus" with choosing Casa Bella is the fact that there is no middle man ... they manufacture, make, install and service their product. In addition, they stand behind their product and take pride in every job. We were very impressed when, Michael, the Renovation Manager showed up during our renovation to see how things were going and to make sure that everything was being done to Casa Bella standards. We are so pleased with our windows and doors and taking ten years to finally get our job done was worth the wait because of Casa Bella!!!

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the job that Casa Bella did on our windows. We had almost all of the windows in our home done, including the patio doors. When they visited our home to provide a quote, they were extremely knowledgeable and helped us decide what windows to put where, what was most cost effective, etc. During the week of installation, they arrived on time each morning, worked diligently throughout the day and cleaned up as they went along. Both Manny and Oliver were extremely helpful and polite, and never hesitated to answer any questions we had. I would recommend Casa Bella to anyone who was considering having their windows done.

I want to let you know how pleased I am with the installation. Your guys did an excellent job. They cleared all the garbage and left my home neat and tidy. They did manage to install a window ledge on my front window as I requested. Thanks for a job well done.

From the first time entering Casa Bella’s showroom their service by their inside associates was professional taking the time to answer our questions and explaining various aspects of the door construction and glass configuration. This followed by a visit to our home by Steven Feig and his associate to measure and provide a final estimate on the work to be done. Steven made a number of recommendations and suggestions. At no time were we pressured to enter into a contract. A few days later I called Steven and accepted their quote. An installation date was confirmed. A few days before the installation Steven called to confirm arrival times, apologizing for the fact the side light was on back order but a temporary side light would be installed. I was impressed by the fact Steven stated the balance of the payment would not be charged until the whole job was completed to my satisfaction. A crew of 3 arrived at the designated time in a professional van. Work was completed within the two days we were expecting. The installers honour a number of my requests, worked diligently and kept the area clean and safe. They also provided their own floor covering in order not to damage the floors. We were impressed with the workmanship of this crew. When the second crew came to complete the side light we were just as impressed with their professionalism. Casa Bella Windows is indeed fortunate to have excellent sales staff in the likes of Steven Feig and competent installers.

I have recently had some windows replaced with energy star quality. I was completely satified with the workmanship Casa Bella Windows provided. The work crew was curtious, punctual, and very professional. I would recommend Casa Bella Windows and Doors to anyone in need of this service. P. McArthur

From the time I recieved my quote to the final insallation,I would rate Casa Bella Windows a " 10 " The insallers did a great job. Communication was really good all and concerns were taken care of.

From sales to installation to after-service care, all aspects of the work done was excellent. My salesman had interesting, creative ideas that worked within my budget, the windows are of an excellent quality, and the installation crew was professional, efficient, and extremely attentive to detail. For example, they noticed a mis-sized screen, took it away and returned with the correct screen as soon as it was available. All in all, I am delighted with the windows and extremely pleased with all aspects of Casa Bella Windows' work and level of professionalism throughout.

I was extremely happy with the quality of the windows and the personnel that did the installments. A crew of two, they were efficient, helpful, polite and definitely showed a pride or workmanship. A plus!
