Signed the contract on Friday, and we had a new roof by Wedensday. Even taking a break to allow for a rainstorm, we were never left uncovered. The crew were wise enough not to try a start a portion of the roof they wouldn't have been able to complete before the storm rolled in, and instead, came back the next day to finish the job. Roof looks great.

The original siding cap freeze mould was damaged during a storm and had to be replaced. During removal the trades found water damaged that required replacing approx 1 sheet of plywood. Although not required we had the team install wind/water protection by installing 4 sq of tyvek. Cherry and Clark office personel and the trades people were very professional in their work. This small contract was completed on time and within the quoted budget.

My father recommended Cherry & Clark Roofing Company Ltd. to us and I'm glad he did. The men did a great job and got the whole job done in one day. They also left our property spotless. The new roof looks terrific. We would highly recommend Cherry & Clark Roofing. Job well done!

Installation of new roof was completed in a very timely and professional manner. First, installtion of shingles was completed in a timely manner; choice and colour and workmanship have brought a number of compliements from neighbours on the street. Second, installtion of new flat roof was also completed in a timely manner. From the few photographs taken of the new flat roof, all looks very nicely completed. We have also noted that during periods of rain, the water drains very quickly whereas the old roof, there used to be a considerable lpase of time between start of rain and time to draining indicating that the new roof id properly constructed and sloped. Overall, we are very pleased with the work completed by Cherry & Clark Roofing and would be pleased to provide a reference in the future. Martyn

I used Cherry & Clark Roofing last year to have my full shingle roof replaced. They offered a great workmanship warranty and I see them all the time working in our neighbourhood ever since I moved to my current home in Mississauga 13 years ago. (My parents also used them back in the 70’s to have their roof replaced so I know they have been around for a long time.) I also just called them up this springtime to have my eavestrough and vinyl siding replaced. I am getting my house ready to put on the market and after my great experience with Cherry & Clark doing my roof last year, I was confident they would do just as well with my siding and eaves. Our sales reps were very kind and informative. Both crews (this year for siding/eaves and last year for roofing) were very thorough in their work, very nice to my husband and I, and cleaned up all debris before leaving the job site. The office staff was wonderful to deal with as well with their follow up calls and mailing out receipts and material warranties right away. I will definitely be calling Cherry & Clark for any work I may need done in the future and would recommend them to everyone.

I had Cherry & Clark replace my roof last fall - not an easy job since I have four skylights. They were very professional and did a great job. They cleaned up the worksite thoroughly afterwards. I have recommended them to many of my nieghbours.

Used these guys twice last year...a partial roof and full eaves on our home in Erin Mills, and a complete re-shingling on my rental home in Oakville. Both jobs were done quickly and smoothly, no issues during or afterwards. Would recommend.

We had our roof redone by Cherry and Clark and the guys did a great job, Reg was very helpful organizing the project. The one issue was a small window screen torn durning the old shingle removal. We made a call into service dept and Alex had it repaired the next day!! Thanks for the great work.

Cherry and Clarke reshingled my roof. They were very professional throughout from providing me with a quotation to completing the job. They cleaned up the work site thoroughly after the roof had been installed. I have recommended them to many of my friends and neighbours and they have all been pleased with the work that was done.

I was impressed and pleased with what C&C did for me. They were on time...which is a good thing. They diagnosed that we didn't need to replace the whole roof...but rather only half of it. The whole issue arose because of what we thought was a leak at a skylight. The guy from C&C inspected and said the skylight was fine...but that water was geting under the shingles somewhere above the skylight and it was simply manifesting as a leak at the skylight. A long story short, they replaced the roof on the side of the house that had the skylight and asked if they could look after the other half of the roof in five years time when it would likely need to be done.
