Needed to correct the previous aluminum capping of the wood around the windows that was done by the company that installed windows and needed to cover wood with aluminum siding between 2 windows. Zale (the estimator) was very thorough in identifying everything that needed to be done and Steve (the Aluminum capper) was very meticulous with great attention to every detail. Great job.

Immediately upon arrival we felt we were in good hands with professionals who knew their stuff. They worked efficiently and consistently hard. They were polite and well mannered and were a pleasure to have on our property. They left the work area exceptionally clean of debris.

Cherry and Clark has been doing our family roofs for two generations. Started in Mississauga and now in Pickering. They were professional from the service call, sales rep, installers and wrap up/clean up of my property. I've recommended them to two other families who have since used them with similar results. Our garage roof had been damaged by rain and required replacement of shingles. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner and the site was left clean and tidy upon completion

From the very first contact we had with the company, we were very impressed with their professionalism. All the work was done sooner than we expected, all the workers were professional, curteous and efficient. We were contacted by the office to see if we were satisfied after all the work was completed. Any questions that we had were followed up promptly. We would definitely recommend this company to our family and friends and we would use them again.

After hearing so many horror stories about roofing, we went with Cherry and Clark and it was an excellent choice. Our (now) beautiful roof was done in time by a very professional crew. They did a thorough cleaning after the work and addressed on the spot all our questions and extra requests. I must add that their customer service is like they describe: very prompt and courteous. We contacted them to clarify some roofing details (it was Ok but we did not know at that time). They did not stop here. The person who came did a thorough inspection and not being completely satisfied of some details (that we did not even see!) sent someone back to address this. Thank you, Bruce! This is very rarely seen these days and shows the high quality of this company. I will not hesitate to go back to them for future jobs (they do more than roofing) and I already strongly recommended it to my friends.

After having 4 quotes done, not only where they the cheapest but the customer service and the job itself was amazing. Always someone to answer the phone and many visits to the site while work was being done. Would not think twice about using them again. A+++

I had a routine roof stripping and re shingling scheduled. After the first day of installation the roof looked blotchy and the colour was uneven. When the roofers came back the next day I mentioned this to them - they didn't argue with me and the lead guy said he would call his supervisor and within a few minutes Reg, the Vice President, called me. He assured me that I would get the quality I paid for and shut the job down so we could reassess the situation. Even though the manufacturer insisted it was talc on the shingles (a powder used to keep the shingles from sticking)Reg stood by me. The manufacturer wanted the shingling to continue with the same stock and after a few days shingling began again. The new part looked even worse than the original. Cherry and Clark did not hesitate to tear the whole thing down and start over again. They helped me pick a different product (I went for the one tab shingle instead of 3). A couple of days later the roof was up and it looks fabulous. The big story here is the excellent customer service I received from everyone (at every level) of the company and especially Reg. I did my research and they were not any more expensive than other roofers offering similar quality of work but their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. If all goes well it's not too hard to be happy with the job but when troubles occur that's when the professionalism and integrity of a company is determined and Cherry and Clark are amazing. If anything goes wrong within the warranty period I have no doubt that they will fight hard to make sure everything is repaired and after warranty time I have no doubt they will be there for me and do the best they can to solve the problem. I'm a picky person and I would recommend this company 100%. They have given me a beautiful roof and piece of mind.
