    Home inspection

    My wife and I had a home inspection done by Classic Home Inspections a couple of weeks ago. Brent was excellent! The report was detailed enough to satisfy me and I'm confident that Brent caught everything. What was most impressive for me was Brent's customer service. I contacted him multiple times to ask questions and he always made time for me. There were four other offers and ours was not the winning bid. That means I'll be in touch with Classic Home Inspections again...soon. Translation: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    Home Inspection

    We were referred to Elie and Brent by our real estate agent. The inspection was very thorough and they walked us through the house explaining what they were checking for. They were very descriptive and explained everything in great detail. Great job at a great price, will recommend to friends and family.

    Pre-purchase Home Inspection

    Brent came to inspect a house we ended up buying in East York. He did a great job and his thorough photos enabled us to get a $5000 reduction in the purchase price! He's very matter of fact and will tell you his honest opinion about his findings. The binder and file of photos are a great resource when planning your purchase as well. Highly recommend!

    New Home Inspection

    As a new home buyer, the Home inspection service provided by Brent was very thorough, professionally managed, with excellent client servicing. Every year people take their beautiful cars in for general servicing; I plan to do the same with my home using Classic Home Inspections Inc. I would recommend Classic Home Inspections Inc. to friends and family.

Now, I'm going to tell you something funny, when I first got to the inspection, it was end of day, I was tired, just wanted to get in and get to work. It was one of those inspections where you just kinda want to be left alone so you can concentrate and get it done. Now, I bang on the door and you answer, you have this HUGE personality and you’re like a kid in a candy store.     Home Inspection-Service

    Brent was absolutely amazing!!! His work was extremely thorough and made sure he covered every aspect of the house. Anyone, anywhere looking for a Home inspector should definitely call Brent! I'm 100% positive, you'll have no regrets.

    Complete Home Inspection

    Brent came out to complete a home inspection for me, he covered every inch of the home. He took his time and care when completing the inspection, he wasn't in a rush at all. He wanted to make sure that the home was in great shape before I made the decision if the home was right for my family. His attitude was great and he was very polite and very friendly. At the end of the inspection, Brent gave me a presentation of all details, and also gave me a binder containing all notes and details of the inspection. Without his services, I could have never learned the information about the home that I did. He made sure all my question and concerns were answered before he left. He also provided me with a picture folder of the inspection, and a follow up the next day. I definitely will be telling all my friends about this company, and I will always use his services for any future home purchases I might make in the future. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!! THANKS!!

    home inspection

    Hired Brent for home inspection on Aug 21, based on the good reviews from this web site. He showed up ahead of the appointment time and checked the property for 2 hours. Found two big issues and some minor ones. His estimation for repairing will be over $10k which I didn't expect. For sure I will talk to the owner using this number. His inspection is well worth the money and I was quite impressed by Brent's professionalism. Great job and highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    We are so delighted and lucky to have found Brent who turned out to be one phenomenal inspector. He went thru our potential new home with a fine tooth comb - and left no stone, or crack unturned. Every speck of the amazing home was inspected in extreme detail, from the Roof to the footing ... and has the pictures to prove it. Brent laid our fears to rest and we ended up purchasing an extremely well maintained home by the owner and passed Brent's certification with flying colors. If any home has secrets Brent will find them, he's worth every penny of your investment to inspect and will save you the greatest consolation, peace of mind. A Million thanks Brent your awesome ...     We hired a home sinpector when we purchased our first house. This inspector was in and out in 1 hour. I felt like I wasted my money. This guy didn't even do much. This time around I made sure that I read about reviews before I hired someone. I decided to go with Elie at Classic Home Inspections and they were great! They actually spent 3 hours making sure I was informed about the house. I'm very pleased. I'll definately use them again

    Hope Inspection

    Brent is informative and he pays attention to details. He has good idea of how much project may cost. He was there before me, looking at the exterior of the house.
