    Home inspection

    He has done great home inspection for me and I can say it was as I expected to be, he found some very minor issues so he pointed to me

    Home inspection in Bradford, Ont

    Highly recommend this home inspector !! Brent inspection is well worth the money . Very fast communication! We hired Brent to do a home inspection for us based on the many great reviews we read on HomeStars. He is very professional, friendly person and very knowledgeable. He was respectful of all questions and not in a rush. Brent took the time and inspected each and every square of the house. Brent showed up early and was already inspecting the exterior when I arrived. Even went up on the roof and found 6 missing shingles. We will definitely recommend Brent to our friends and family! Brent thank you again for your help !!!! Job well done ;-)

    Home Inspection

    Brent arrived on time and outlined to me what he would be doing in his review of the home and how long he expected it to take. He methodically went over the residence that we planned to buy and when he was finished he reviewed his results with me. He let me know about the home's a/c and heating, and the state of its electrical and plumbing systems. He made a survey of the roof which he discussed with me. Although roof maintenance is the responsibility of the condo corp, his looking at the roof was helpful to me since it gave me an idea of the quality of maintenance the condo corp provided. He pointed out several minor problems to me in the home, and one major one that led to a successful negotiation with the Vendor for a repair to be made and paid for before closing. I'm very grateful for Brent's work and his insights -- and also for the outcome that has led to my increased peace of mind.

It did seem kind of odd when a piece of newer drywall was used it replace previous water damaged drywall and there was mold growing on it! Something wasn't adding up on that one.     wall moulding

    excellent service, and wonderful quality work, knowledge workers and great support. I would recommend them for any home improvement work and tasks. Great way to learn more about a job as well from these experts.

    Home Inspection

    Brent was a very helpful inspector who was very thorough. He took the time to explain the issues and concerns with me in an enthusiastic manner. If you are looking for home inspection stories, he will have plenty of them for you to make the experience more interesting.

    home inspection

    Brent of Classic Home Insp. was simply Amazing. He did a very thorough job and gave us a detailed report after. He went up on the roof even though it was raining. He found some issues in the attic that we were able to get the seller to fix. He is very professional and very pleasant to work with.We highly recommend his services. Money well spent...     Classic Home Inspections

    We hired Brent to inspect a home that we purchased. He was super friendly and thorough. He gave us a great price and helped us make a good decision, providing us with the information that we needed in making our purchase. He described to us what the problems were and how difficult they would/ would not be to fix. I will recommend Brent to everyone we know and if we ever buy again, we will be sure to call him.

    Home Inspection of 3-Story Home

    I found Classic Home Inspections while searching on the internet. The company that had inspected my previous home (15 years ago) had gone out of business. When I saw all the positive reviews online about Classic Home Inspections, I was skeptical thinking that the comments had been rigged. I'm writing this review 2 months after the home inspection (and the purchase of the inspected home). I was very pleased with Brent from Classic Home Inspections. I spoke to him on the phone and he quoted me the cost (the same cost that I paid for the inspection), and he told me what it would entail--and what services he would provide. The day of the house inspection he showed up on time and got right to work. He was very thorough inspecting both the interior and exterior of the home, and did not mind if I came along during the inspection asking questions or asking for his observations. I was very pleased that Brent took photos of absolutely everything that he inspected, so I would have a visual of what he mentioned in the report. After the inspection, I received access to the photos in about 24 hours. The photos were very useful when reading back on his report. Although our home has 3 stories, Brent went up on the roof and took photos of the shingles there to give us a visual on the roof's condition. He also opened up the various hatches into the attic and took photos so we could see the condition. I was very pleased with every aspect of the inspection, and the feedback given by Brent. It took only 2 hours in total, regardless of all the work he did, including the photos, my questions, and his observations. He pointed out quite a few things that my husband and I had not noticed, including some water damage in the basement, a downspout that had come unattached, etc. But more importantly, he gave us options of how we could inexpensively repair some small problems. After his inspection, we were given a binder with all his findings, and the photos (that I mentioned earlier). As a result, my husband and I were satisifed with the condition of the house and we purchased it. We moved in just 2 weeks ago, and are enjoying the house very much! I would absolutely recommend Brent with confidence and his home inspection company. The $400 was well worth it.

    Home Inspection

    I found Brent through the Homestar website and with such positive reviews I decided ask him to help me out with my pre-purchase home inspection. The speed of his replies through text messaging was stellar. I had a bunch of troublesome questions and concerns and Brent took the time to ease my worries. He also offered to allow me to contact him if I had any concerns in the future, which has given me further peace of mind during this stressful transaction. Definitely recommended!

    home inspection

    Brent was professional, knowlegable and personal. He was respectful of questions and not in a rush. We appreciated the pictures he sent afterwards and his availability to follow up with further questions.
