    Home Inspection

    Brent was great ! Showed up early and was already inspecting the exterior when I arrived. Very informative and helpful. Even went up on the roof while it was raining - good thing he did because he found 10 missing shingles.

    HOME INPSECTION

    I'd like to thank Brent for the detailed and professional work he did during my home inspection. He took the time to explain his findings in clear detail and make recommendations for my future consideration. He was timely without rushing anything, trustworthy and the quality of his work was impeccable. I would highly recommend him for your home inspection needs.

    Home Inspection

    My wife and I went ahead and purchased a house in Richmond Hill. We overpaid and waived the inspection clause just to get it. But we still wanted some peace of mind and so we still decided on hiring a home inspector after the fact. Elie from Classic Home Inspections Inc. gave us the peace of mind that we were looking for. He was patient, informative and took the time to answer all of our questions. If anyone wants professionals who take the time to work for their clients, then hire these guys!

    Home Inspection

    We used Brent twice recently for our home purchase. We ended up rejecting a first property following the home inspection due to items that Brent found. In both houses, Brent discussed with us the items he detected (some were obvious, some less so). We found Brent to be very helpful and even-handed in his assessment of the severity of the issues. He was friendly and helped us determine whether it was something that could be fixed or something that would have cost us more than it was worth. We were first-time house-buyers, and Brent definitely made the home inspection an informative and pleasant experience.

    house inspection

    This is the first time that we had used Brent as an inspector and we found him very easy to talk to and he was very informative about what needed to be done in the house we were purchasing. Brent was very prompt and very professional and we would definitely recommend him . We had minimal issues with the house but Brent still took the time to "pull up a chair" and go through everything with us. His pictures and binder are very thorough and great to have as well. Thanks Brent!!!!

    Home inspection

    This is the second time I have worked with Brent and both times he has been fabulous! I had a tight deadline and he was able to be flexible. And he was willing to travel to Ajax. He went up on the roof (which I've had inspectors refuse to do), climbed up a ladder into the attic and even went crawling around in the crawlspace of this war-time home - and it's only about two feet high! Brent is down to earth and doesn't pull any punches. He gives opinions, which is a refreshing change from the other inspectors I've dealt with. he also gave me estimates on what problem areas would cost to fix so that I wouldn't be ripped off by later workmen. His fee is reasonable and you get quality for the money. Basically, Brent is the best and I heartily recommend him to anyone looking for a great inspector! Thanks Brent!! Paula

    Home Inspection

    Brent was very easy to work with. He did a thorough job, and found issues that needed immediate addressing and future opportunities. I was very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend him.

    Home Inspection

    Brent was professional, efficient, very punctual and very honest and friendly. He completed the job in an hour and a half and told us about all the details even minor leaks.

    Home Inspection

    Brent was efficient and very through with our home inspection. I only had 3 days to have a home inspection completed, so I was in a rush. I called on a Sunday thinking I’d get an answering machine, but Brent answered and fit an appointment that was convenient for me. He answered all the questions I had during and after the inspection. His replies after the inspection were also very quick. I'd recommend Brent to anyone who needs a home inspection completed.

    home inspection

    Brent from Classic Home Inspections was outstanding....on time, thorough, clearly documented findings, clearly explained findings, clearly explained possible remedies. Very patient, and was more than willing to explain things to the 'average joe' (multiple times as needed!). Exceeded expectations in a very professional manner. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use again or refer to others.
