It's too bad about the other home that you had purchased with the condition of home inspection prior to this one. The other home was the perfect example of "lipstick" on a home. I think that I had “killed the deal” before you even showed up! However the one we just looked at really had minimal wrong with it. Well RH in Etobicoke, I appreciate all input towards my company and I am always looking for constructive criticism to make improvements on my company, striving to do better. The beauty of Homestars is it allows a person to voice an opinion on a company, good or bad. I take a person’s review very seriously. Although there is one drawback, people can abuse this type of thing. I am going to let the reader determine if this is a legit review or not. Just to hear me out. Number one; if I was to miss “10 Grand” worth of mold in an attic space, I would think most people would agree that you are going to get a hold of a home inspector real quick, questioning why he missed it. No? Ten Grand is a lot of money, I would think at least worthy of a phone call. You are using Homestars as a platform to inform others, yet you never contacted me regarding the matter. Number two; I send pictures to each and every person that I do an inspection for. So, therefore you have pictures of your attic that I would have sent you. Can you please show me where it is? You’ve never contacted me indicating where it is. As a matter of fact, you can post pictures of your attic showing the reader where I missed the “10 Grand” worth of mold. Number three; I have 323 reviews prior to you giving me a score of perfect 10. If I ran around doing home inspections missing “10 Grand” worth of mold in people’s homes I wouldn’t be in business too long, let alone have people giving me scores of perfect 10. I do hope the reader takes a look at your review and then takes a look at this “rebuttal”, then makes their own conclusion as to if I really missed “10 Grand” worth of mold in your attic. I don’t know if you’re a competitor just trying to hack away at my score, I don’t know if you’re someone just doing this for kicks. It’s too bad that you that didn’t contact me, for all I know you could be another victim of a dishonest contractor. You will see with many of my reviews people have stated that I “saved them thousands” from contactors. But I do know this; I highly doubt that I missed “10 Grand” worth of mold in your attic space. I take my job very seriously; and you can read that in all the other 323 reviews that I have prior to yours…Thanks EH for the review.
