    Home Inspection

    OK. Wow ! Brent has been awesome. First, he is very quick in responding to his message (web or sms), not to worry, you will hear back from him. Also, he knows what he is talking about. He made sure he answered every questions we had, told us no question were stupid and made sure we were satisfied with answers and the house. We came out happy with the inspection and the house itself. Within the two hours following the inspection, I had 71 pictures of the house in my inbox ready for my review including a binder full of information about the house we had made an offer on. Brent did an awesome job and we are really happy with the professional service he offered us. He even involved us in the inspection, asking us to go on the roof and to see if for ourselves. THANK YOU BRENT !

    home inspection

    Brent was fantastic. He was able to make it to our home on short notice and even helped us move some of our furniture. We were really short on time and had a lot of things going on and it was great having Brent understand our situation and being so helpful. Thanks Brent, we really appreciate it!

    Brent does home inspections best!

    We walked away from a deal last year, because of an unfavourable inspection (done by Brent). The best $350 we ever spent. Since then, we have found another house and hired Brent again to perform the inspection. He made some recommendations and that gave us the ability to negotiate a better deal. Thank-you, Brent, for your thoroughness and making time to answer e-mails with follow-up questions!

    Home Inspection

    My wife and I had a conditional offer on a home and we needed a home inspection to finalize the sale. We wanted to ensure that we got a thorough pre-purchase inspection because we did not want to discover issues with the home after purchase. We were coming from condo-living, and never had to look for contractors, trades people, etc. After researching on HomeStars.com, I came across Brent Jefferies from Classic Home Inspections. He had phenomenal reviews, and won the Home Inspection Category Award three years in a row. And now I know why! Every word about him and his work ethic is absolutely true! After speaking with him over the phone, we hired him to conduct the home inspection. Brent was accommodating, and I was able to book an appointment with him on very short notice and during a specific time slot. Brent did an incredibly thorough inspection on our future home, and wasn’t hesitant to explain things to me in detail. What made the 4-hour home inspection even more enjoyable, was Brent’s very personable and honest attitude. He was so easy to get along with. Brent made the inspection informative, and I learned a lot from it. Brent provided a report with pictures at the end of the inspection. I would hire Brent again, and would definitely recommend him for your home inspection needs. Brent is a professional that you will not be disappointed with.

    Home inspection

    Brent was very thorough, friendly and accessible. Especially appreciated were his complimentary follow-ups on phone and email. He was able to come out and do a home inspection on short notice during the holiday season. Great job and thanks so much!

    home inspection

    Brent is a very professional and highly knowledgeable. I rececieved quotes from 3 vendor and Brent was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. But he is excellent value for the money. He returns your emails and calls promptly and is on time for the appointments He spent over 3 hours inspecting the home, going onto the roof and into the attic. He gave a very honest report of the home. He discovered the roof was rotting and the drier was venting into to walls instead of outside the home. Unfortunately we ended up not purchasing the home. But within a few weeks, we called Brent again to inspect another home. Brent is truly a rare gem. Thank-you.

    Home Inspection

    Buying a house is not easy and we all know that emotions run high especially when you are at the stage of Home inspection . Classic Home inspection does an awesome job at these times for you These guys are one of the best. He showed up before time and did a very thorough job. He went through everything and answered all our questions. He explained the pit falls and I would say that he saved us from buying the wrong house. Although it was a pretty new house brent was able to identify major defects and guide us on the right path. We did not buy the house in the end but when we do find another house we are sure it is Brent who is going to do the inspection. I am glad I found a company whome i can trust with one of my most expensive purchase

I mean really, a custom built, million dollar, three year old home and to have THAT many problems is absolutely unbelievable. I cringe when I think back to standing in all that sewage from the toilets in the basement! I mean really, you think they would have cleaned it up!!! Just goes to show you that the owner didn't really care at all about the place. I was glad to hear you tell me that you would not be purchasing that home. I can only imagine the people who do, I'll bet they even forgo the home inspection. Oh well, I know there's a dream home out there for you!     Home Inspection

    We just bought our first home and we were very nervous about purchasing a house that was over 40 years old. We hired Brent from Classic Home Inspections following a great recommendation of his services. This was one of the best first investments in the house. Brent is very professional and knowledgable. He looked everywhere and kept as informed every moment about what he is looking at and what his judgement is. This not only covered all areas of the house, but turned us into quite informed home owners. It is very important for us to know that we are moving in to a well inspected home.     Home Inspection (re-sale home)

    We bought a house in Maple that required a home inspection prior to closing. I called Brent based on the reviews that were given on this web site. He was really friendly, honest and truly helpful to me. Although there were minor things in the house that needed to be repaired, he was able to re-assure me that they were indeed just minor repairs. I would use Brent again and recommend him to anyone. His level of knowledge is outstanding. Thanks again Brent....:)Katherine

    Home Inspection

    Be very careful when you hire Brent to do your home inspection. After 3 years of searching and waiting for a nice house to pop up in a specific area we hired Brent to inspect it for us even though the agent was insisting on his professional guy for $200 less. Brent was extremely nice on the phone and showed up a few minutes early to the appointment. And here is where things got a bit crazy - Brent went a bit crazy. He squeezed himself and peeked into the smallest cracks of the house and after two hours provided us with a binder full of comments one of which was "be careful about this house, it has a mold spot 40inch/sq in the attic and who knows where else that has spread to, plus it's got aluminum wires all over the place and wrong fuses in the electrical panel plus this, plus that, it may cost you a fortune in money and health". We did not buy the house and it's all because of Brent. We are sure the agent's inspector would not have given us the flashing red lights. But we found and bought another house and this time Brent only found very minor issues. If we ever move again Brent will surely be the inspector we will call to do the inspection.

Some agents like using certain inspectors because just like you said, probably would have not of given the flashing red lights.
