    replacement parts for gas fireplaces

    Purchased replacement parts for fireplaces in various rental units. Excellent punctual knowledgeable service at all times. Highly recommended.

    Air conditioner

    Fast and friendly service, all my questions and concerns were answered to my satisfaction. The side work left cleaned after the work was done

    New Air Conditioner

    This was our second experience with Cozy Comfort Plus. They did a great job replacing our furnace and updating our duct work last year. We just had them back again to install a brand new Carrier air conditioner and we're very happy we did! Brian, the company President, is always very responsive to texts and emails with his direct customer service, answers questions well, remembers his customers one and two years later, gives a fair price and honours his original quotes even when I take up to a year to make a final decision. The technicians that arrive are always very professional, friendly and respectful, neat, tidy, and organized as well as punctual. Watching them work, their skill and experience is clear! Thank you Brian and Cozy Comfort, we are enjoying our new A/C and cool house less than 48 hours after contacting you!

    Air Conditioning

    Company was approachable, friendly and accommodating. Technicians were efficient and knowledgeable. Response was timely and the follow up was thorough.

    Heat Pump

    Sales consultant - We were originally looking for a ductless air conditioning system. Brian asked many questions about the room that needed to be cooled and ultimately, he explained the benefits of a heat pump! The room is an addition to our home and will benefit from the heating aspect as well! Installation - completed in one day; excellent work; answered all questions and explained the functions of the machine All in all, we are thrilled with the heat pump and with Cozy Comfort's sales personal and their installation team! Now, we are wondering why we didn't do this 10 years ago!

    AC maintenance

    The technician from Cozy Comfort Plus arrived on-time, listened carefully to the issues, thoroughly investigated all options, and explained what was happening very clearly. He also gave good tips on how to help the system work better. Very pleased with everything.

    AC Service

    My AC completely froze over. The technician examined the unit, it was fine so he examined the furnace. The filter was very dusty so it was replaced. He cleaned my AC thereafter and it worked better then the day it was installed. I received professional, thorough and honest service. Outstanding service. I highly recommend Cozy for service of AC or furnace problems.

    HVAC service and maintenance

    On the most recent service call, our air conditioner lost a lot if pressure making it challenging to cool down the house. Morry (not sure of the spelling) suggested a potential leak somewhere between the air conditioner and the furnace. A chemical was used in the line leading from the air conditioner to the furnace that seals small holes. So far the house is remaining cool. I was impressed such a product was available. The alternative was to change the air conditioner and other parts to fix the leak. Furthermore, more found a baffle somewhat closed. It had been this way for the last 12 years and not noticed till now. That will also increase air flow through the house. On another occasion, we lost heat during the winter on a Friday afternoon and Cozy Comfort responded quickly. It was repaired the next morning without any additional emergency charges. We’ve been very pleased with Cozy Comfort Plus.

    AC unit

    Have had AC for 7 years and it has worked perfectly. Team was professional. This is my first call to the team for a minor replacement and I got an immediate appointment.

    Fast emergency service

    The furnace venting motor needed replacing Friday afternoon at 3 pm. I called cozy comfort plus at 1:30. The motor was purchased by 4:30 and installed the next morning though there were able to come back early Friday evening. No charges above the cost of the motor because we had a service call a week earlier
