    They go the extra mile for you

    2002 I'm a new homeowner on a budget. Enbridge "red-tags" my furnace and it is October. I am panicking! I want a high efficiency furnace because I am the only one paying the heating bills but I can't afford to pay a platinum price. Company #1 laughs at the idea of installing a furnace in my 100 year old house. To be clear, I have a semi which is exactly like most semis in Toronto. Not bigger, not smaller. Company #2 wants to surcharge $2000 because they say they have to do extra work to make the furnace work in my house Cosy Comfort comes in, takes a look, offers me a fair price and installs it quickly and well. But the story doesn't end there. Over the years I had had problems with mould with my basement - they came and cleaned my furnace and charged me the same price as always. Construction in the basement - they came and checked that the furnace was ok. And somehow they have kept the 30 year old air conditioner going! 2020 Every year they send the same guy. He knows me, he knows my furnace, He is polite, always takes off his shoes when he enters the house. I am so happy I made that third phone call in 2002. They have been amazing. 18 years later I am still a very satisfied customer

    Ductless A/C

    Great service from Cozy Comfort, right from the meeting and quote with Brian to the installation. They delivered when they promised and did a great job putting the unit in.

    Rinnai Tankless Water Heater

    They did an excellent installation. It took them the whole day but it they got it done. I have had no issues with the install since it was put in. Each person I spoke with was pleasant and easy to talk to.

    Fixed furnace installation mistake by previous contractor

    I got a safety violation from Enbridge where my furnace ducts were installed too close to combustible wall materials. My previous contractor had not done a good job and left us in danger, and I never knew. But Hamid and Jason from Cozy Comfort did an amazing job fixing the issue - they were extremely professional and polite, left the furnace room nice and clean, and were great at keeping me at ease. Thank you to everyone involved - will definitely use again.

    Napoleon BBQ (P500RSIBNS)

    Amazing BBQ and has a great performance. The grill chars chicken and cooks right through steak... obviously amongst other things. Incredible price for an incredible BBQ.

    Napoleon BBQ Purchase

    I can't stress enough how happy & pleased we are with our Napoleon BBQ. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were met with a very friendly greeting. My wife and I were so impressed with the calm, sincere and gracious demeanor of Brian. He answered all our questions, gave us his thoughts and professional opinions on everything we inquired about. We will definitely continue our business with Brian and the entire team at Cozy Comfort Plus.

    AC REPLACEMENT

    Our ac failed just before a hot ling weekend. Company was referred to us by friends. Brian came Sunday to check and take order. Technicians arrived Tuesday and installed, through a rainy day . Worked almost without break through the rain, replaced old freon feed, replaced the old electrical wiring, and allowed me to delay my signing of satisfaction statement until next day to make sure house cooled back down. By 11 pm it was 72F! Elated I drove to their office at 8am opening to deliver full payment and sign as a fully satisfied customer. Thank you Brian, Hamid and Jason!

    Split level ac

    One person came initially. He was great. The 2nd person arrived much later in the afternoon. Wish the unit outside was lower but overall great job
