Cozy Comfort Plus We needed to find someone to reface and convert wood burning fireplace to gas. It took some time, and I finally found Cozy Comfort Plus to do the job. Met with Brian their representative, he assured me we will be very happy and satisfied when job is complete. Job started on time but I needed to put job on hold for a week which they accommodated. When I returned they were able to restart and complete job in timely fashion. Everyone that assisted in the construction were knowledgeable and completed their job to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the finished product and with all those involved, Hossein,(EFP design Inc.) Hamin (electrical/gas-hookup) etc. and all the others who helped complete job. They listened to and addressed all of our concerns professionally. I was reassured if any issues they stand behind their reputation providing quality work and customer service. Our 14 year old attic air conditioner suddenly stopped working. When attic air conditioning stops during a heat wave, it’s actually very difficult to get someone to come out to the house. Cozy Comfort called back promptly, quoted fairly on a new system, scheduled an installation within a few days, timing the installation to beat the next heat wave. The crew showed up right on time, and within a few hours our house was beautifully cool again. Cozy Comfort literally saved the day!

We hadn’t serviced our wall-mounted air conditioner from the day it was installed, and the technician was able to solve problems without suggesting high-cost solutions. The unit has been working smoothly ever since. I also learned something I didn’t know about our furnace as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Called just before the long weekend (Canada Day) for NEST thermostat to be replaced as it didn't work for my parents. I explained my parents were seniors and it is not working properly (it was also extremely hot the entire time into the weekend). Cozy Comfort were the 5th company I called...just going down the list from Enbridge. They were very nice and understanding. They made it out the next day (Friday before the long weekend). The service person, Mory, was excellent. He called to let me know he was on his way to my parents home and his ETA. My dad is a very particular person so he asked alot of questions and had Mory check the AC unit. We ended up getting that cleaned since it was never cleaned. My dad was very pleased with Mory and called to tell me what a great job he did. I am very appreciative of the first contact, the person who made the assessment and coordinated a technician and the technician. All 3 points of contact were great to deal with and provided costs up front so I was not surprised at anything (which is exactly how I prefer things). I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience dealing with them.

Honestly, I almost think they were vying for our furnace business, when it comes to repairing that in the future. If that was there goal, they are absolutely the front runner by a mile. They worked hard in the blazing heat, did a difficult installation job, and for a price tag that even we were surprised by. It really won't be a question when it comes to the next thing we need: I'll ask them for a quote first, and it would have to be terrible for me to go with anyone else.
