The task was to do a basic maintenance of the air conditioner . The technician who was very polite and friendly started with a check of the filters of the air cleaner and the humidifier. He also explained the various settings required for summer and winter and even showed me the condition of the duct and recommended a duct cleaning.

I want to thank Brian for the knowledge on fireplaces, when we purchase a Valor Fireplace on May 24th. And we are very happy with the service and the installer of the fireplace. Thank again for the wonderful help.

I had my regular air conditioner maintenance performed by an outside company and when they turned my unit on, it was no longer working - it was over 15-years old. The maintenance company gave me a quote for an air conditioner, and to ensure I was getting the correct product I cantact Cozy Comfort - who came the next day. Cozy Comfort took me through the options for different units that would meet my needs, while answering all of my questions. Their expert team just installed the new AC unit in my house. They were very professional and were on time, and they quickly completed the installation while ensuring the old unit was removed.

Very happy with Cozy Comfort! Brian and his team were excellent. Brian came out and gave me a fair quote. I wasn't able to do the work right away as I had to wait for architect's drawings and permits related to some other renovations. Brian came back a year and a half later and honoured the original quote with only a very nominal increase for one part that had recently become more expensive. Sam, Farshid and their crew worked around my renovation schedule. They came and temporarily disconnected my water tank and removed the old furnace to make room for structural work that had to be done. When the renovations were complete a week later, they came back the next day to re-locate and install my water tank, install a new efficient furnace in its new location along with new venting, duct work, power supply, air coil, humidifier, as well as copper piping and a power line to the outside for possible future installation of an air conditioner, and relocated about 10 feet of gas line from the basement ceiling to the exterior of the house to free up ceiling space. The furnace and water tank are now very neatly installed in a far corner of the basement, all pipes, vents and ducts very cleanly tucked away or relocated to allow for maximum headroom on the ceiling while ensuring my planned future utility room cab be as small as possible. A big improvement over the previous setup where the water tank, aging furnace, and duct work were in the middle of the basement taking up valuable ceiling and living space. Brian also arranged for an associate who came to perform an energy audit and fill in all the necessary paper work for me to receive the maximum available rebates. I recently received a $250 manufacturer rebate, as well as a $250 government rebate in the mail that Cozy Comfort applied for on my behalf, in addition to the rebates that will come after my final energy audit. Great workmanship, customer service, and very responsive to questions and requests by text and cell, so would not hesitate to hire Brian and his Cozy Comfort team again in the future!

I have needed immediate service and repair for the Heat Pump in my Condo in Mississauga three times over the last 8 years. Every time during the heat wave in the summer, and also Ice storm in the winter. Cozy Comfort Plus was referred to me by a family member. Since then Cozy Comfort Plus has always been the place for me to go to for professional and great technical service and repair, even for maintenance on my Gas fire place. As I needed to keep my tenants happy and satisfied. They helped me save thousands of Dollars, by recognizing the problem and replacing the faulty part on a cheap Heat Pump installed by the original builder. Cozy Comfort Plus truly stand to their name. I have referred them to my elderly parents also living in a Condo and they had the same great experience I did. Their technicians are experienced, professionals and extremely customer friendly. We've had Cozy Comfort Plus over at least a couple of times to instal and maintain our furnace over the years for our place in Mississauga. They have gained our trust and exceeded our expectations as customers. They repaired our heat pump that has been working exceptionally since their visit. They also fixed our AC on another occasion. These guys are the best in the business and honestly such wonderful people. Within 4 hours of my call, a well trained technician was on site with the right replacement parts and restored heat to the building. Exceeded my expectations!

In 2014 I’ve installed a new Lennox high efficiency furnace, one of the latest models at that time with Cosy confort plus. At that time I previously did a extensive research about installation and pricing. CConfort furnace price was beating all competitors at that time. It was professional and quick installation. Installers even granted my wish about placing pipes to save a space in the basement as long as procedures and safety hasn’t been compromised. Even came other day to save more space (gas feed pipe sticking away from the wall) My opinion/ suggestion was granted and piping rerouted the other day. Return duct slightly more expensive but still decent price. Annual maintenance done regularly and technician is excellent, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly guy. Thank you Mori. It was a pleasure dealing with Cozy Comfort Plus. All their staff have been excellent at what they do and very pleasant to deal with. They did the new installations efficiently and well, they followed up quickly on my questions and they have been doing an excellent job maintaining the equipment annually.
