    Fire place consult and Air conditioning

    Fireplace is on hold. They came and checked our existing air conditioner Gave good advise and answered concerns.

    Complete mantel re-build and gas fireplace

    Gas Line connection

    The gas technician did a great Job to disconnect my gas BBQ line from my main gas connector he had to drill a hole in the wall. I am very happy with the work result within time frame required.

    Fireplace tuned up

    Professional Fast prompt service. The technician serviced my fireplace and it worked and looked like new. Very pleased and will recommend to others. The appointment was quick and the service was exceptional.

    New Furnace

    They installed a new furnace. Took care of the rebate. They also installed a new thermostats with no charge. Better price nd service compared to thier competion.

    Boiler Installation gone bad

    My original boiler Baxi (for in-floor and domestic hot water) was giving me lots of issues in my triplex here in Toronto and the tech who came to repair it kept saying it was at the end of its life (10 years) and would need to be replaced. So, in April, 2018 when there was another issue I said OK let’s replace it. They said a Navien NHB-110 would be best and quoted me the price. The install took a long time but when it was finally done, it worked. Domestic hot water was hot and the floors got warm. It was near the end of the heating season however and when it got cold again on November 22, 2018 the boiler got an error code. It took two days before anyone showed up and they took 5 hours to get it working but it failed again the next day. The repair people came several times over the next few days but still the system would only work for a day or two and fail again. When their expert on boilers finally came, Navien tech support said a setting was wrong on the boiler. They changed it and the system worked for a week until today when both domestic hot water and the in-floor heating both stopped working. I called Cosy around 9:40 AM and they said they’d call back but they haven’t yet. I called Navien tech support and they were super helpful - after looking at photos of the installation they said it was installed improperly and the piping would have to be redone. My tenants are understandably very upset and are demanding compensation. I just heard from them and they are saying that my piping system is wrong. But it worked for ten years and they looked at the piping before installing the current boiler and said that it would work.

    Installation of fireplace

    Brian and his team of tradespeople did an outstanding job installing a fireplace with side shelves in my den. From the onset Brian and I worked through designs that would compliment both my style and what worked best in my space. I appreciated his input. Carpenter Masoud made great suggestions as we progressed through the work. Thank you to Brian and his team.

    Furnace and AC Fan/Blower Not Working

    We had a problem that the fan blower on our furnace stopped working. I was concerned that the fan motor or maybe the circuit board might need to be replaced. Morey at Cozy Comfort Plus was quick to diagnose the problem and found a way to fix the problem for just an hour of labour plus the site visit! Thank you very much, Morey!

    Prompt service for an emergency repair in minus 25 degree weather last February. Very happy with the service I received
