Our HVAC system was installed in 2011. Dan of Cozy Comfort reviewed our situation and recommended a make (Carrier) and model and completed the paperwork for govt incentives. In recent years, we have asked for Mory, a Cozy Comfort Tech to perform the annual maintenance and service on our system. Tech’s come and go, but Mory has distinguished himself as being memorable, personable, reliable and knowledgeable. I trust his judgement and would recommend him to friends and family.

Cozy Comfort is a reliable company that I would recommend to family and friends. They recently installed a new furnace at my home and I was happy with the process. I will definitely call them in the future.

Had new air conditioner installed. Also prior to that had the gas fire repaired. They did an excellent on with that and that was the reason I got them for the air conditioner

Brian and Cozy Comfort Plus were amazing. Brian met with us and went over all the options. When the installers came in, they worked hard until the job was done. When the fireplace frame didn't fit perfectly, they customized a solution and installed it free of charge the next day. The air conditioner looks great as well. Superb customer service!

I called in a new heating expert after I had the blower motor in my condo heat pump replaced. I soon discovered a very cheap blower motor was used and that I had paid double what I should have. I followed up with Cozy Comfort and was advised that the soonest they could come was 4 days later and that they would ‘try’ to be here that day and would call me to let me know if they could come. It is winter. When I called them to initially come, they had no problem arriving quickly. However, it still took over a week for them to find the substandard blower motor at that time. Now, when it came to following up on the quality of the work, they seemed far less interested.

The work was done with a minimum delay and maximum efficiency and effectiveness. It was very easy to book the appointment and the mechanic was courteous, well-informed and communicated well with me

Furnace broke down in the cold weather for my elderly mother who lives along and for whom English isn't her first language. Called Carrier and got a quote, except they wanted about $1,500 to replace a motor or $2,500 to replace the furnace, except the furnace was only 12 years old. Given the furnace's age, it seemed fishy and seemed like someone was trying to take advantage of the situation so ended up calling Cozy Comfort Plus who assessed the problem honestly, charged a lot less and fixed the problem within 30 minutes of showing up. Will definitely go back to Cozy Comfort Plus in future. Added February 5: 3 weeks later, the furnace decided to stop working late at night and trigger the carbon monoxide alarm. The repair person from the initial Cozy Comfort Plus repair came, determined the furnace itself was a goner and ended up replacing the furnace with a new one, while only charging for labour due to the furnace's warranty -> all within a day, despite the weather being between -10 to -20C. While quite a hit to the wallet over the last month, really quite pleasantly surprised at all of this in the end. Hopefully a troublefree furnace for the next decade or two.

The work was done in a very professional way. There was minimal waiting from the time the products were ordered.
