We converted our old east York home from oil to gas and cozy comfort helped out greatly. They met with us several times to review options and make suggestions. They were patient while we thought it over and the installations went quickly and the work was professionally done. I have recommended them quite a few times and will continue do so.

We had a fireplace insert installed in our home during renovations, we initially had an issue with smell emanating from the fireplace, however once the technician came back to check it out and realized the problem and corrected it everything has been fine. The followup technician was pleasant, competent, efficient and personable.

Cozy Comfort Plus installed our Carrier high efficiency furnace and AC in 2005 and has provided excellent annual maintenance service ever since.

we purchased the air conditioner after searching for quite some time. when installed they were quick and efficient. there were no problems after installation. what impressed both my wife and I was that they kept in contact about maintenance. this is an aspect of service few companies do. they sell and say see you. not cozy comfort they contact me yearly about maintenance, which is good because it will mean a longer life for the unit and less cost down the road.

Cozy Comfort has been serving our hot water tankless system for several years. They have been fantastic as they understand the urgency in response to fixing our tank when it once broke down. We have a hair salon and having hot water is critical. They understood our situation and were at my salon right away. They were fast and clean and got us up and running in no time. There pricing was fair and most importantly they never took advantage of me when I was in a desperate situation. Thanks guys!

Complicated installation which was completed satisfactorily. Staff followed up to make sure I was happy and did a follow up visit to make sure everything was working properly. I love the new fireplace!!! Would definitely recommend.

Furnace was malfunctioned and not working properly. The humidifier also stopped working . Called Cozy Comfort Plus and they immediately sent technician over on the same day. Cozy comfort installed my 2 sided gas fireplace, and it looks stunning! They were great and reasonably priced. They even installed the gas line to outside so that we could hook up our BBQ. We've been loyal customers for years! And they always stay on top of the fireplace cleanings every year as well, to ensure that we remain covered under warranty
