I called Cozy Comfort because the pilot light in my fireplace went out and I couldn’t restart it. They sent a technician that same afternoon. I was very surprised at the prompt service, since it usually takes forever to get a technician to make a house call in this city. The person who came was courteous, fixed the gas valve problem, and had the fireplace running in no time.

I got a good deal with a new high efficiency furnace. The installation was done in one day and the guys were very friendly and professional.

The gang from Cozy Comfort were great. They were on time, clean, polite and efficient. We have no complaints at all regarding the installation and the removal of the old furnace. They were bang on in advising what furnace might work best for us. The thing that is really nice is their follow up. They called to make sure we were satisfied, and they call back every year to remind us of furnace cleaning. We would have no problem in recommending their services.

We foundCozy Comfort on line as we needed repair in a hurry our furnace died.on the phone we spoke to a very friendly person and a very helpful.She tried to get someone to come to our home within the hour,which she made possible.Technician diagnosed our furnace tried very hard step by step to repair it but unfortunately it would not start.our furnace was also 14 years old we decided not to get it repaired but get it replaced their was no guarantee replacement would work.Technician promised he would ha e a furnace installed for us the next day. Promise again kept.two Technician came very polite installed our furnace it works and it is also very silent.Work was done in a very professional manner, we are very satisfied a job well done. The Cozy Comfort engineer came out on a Saturday to diagnose and fix my furnace, which kept shutting itself off. He was able to quickly assess the situation and make the necessary repairs. I’d definitely recommend them.

I found Cozy Comfort Plus on line as I needed to buy a particular furnace air filter. They happened to be close to where I live. I called and they had it in stock and put it aside for me for pickup. When I got there, I met with Brian, owner of the company and I found him to be personable, friendly and knowledgeable which gave me good vibes. I was also looking for a company to do my yearly maintenance, as the one that I used for many years didn't return my phone calls. So this led me to hire Cozy Comfort Plus. They set up an appointment date convenient to me and Mory was the service rep who came as per the appointment date and in the required time expected. I found him to be pleasant and very friendly and easy to talk to. Answered all my husband's questions in a nice manner. Not only do they clean the furnace, they also check for potential problems. Mory did an excellent job as well as cleaning out the pump, which was blocked. This is part of the cleaning service and was never done by the previous company which we know for a fact, because my husband always watched and never saw them do it before. Also to mention, it was nice that every time I called their office, there was always someone there to answer the phone as opposed to going to voicemail and waiting for a call back. All of the people I spoke to were friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation recommending this company as I was very pleased with the work performed. I look forward to continued business with them.
