    Always great service

    Before I called Cozy Comfort this year, I looked into a well-known furnace cleaning company with a big advertising budget (lots of commercials) & found their rates to be higher than Cozy Comfort's. Then I called Cozy Comfort to arrange for our annual furnace cleaning & tune-up. The office manager is always a pleasure to talk to. She arranged for Jay, our usual guy, to come in a couple of days. He came within the time frame quoted & was pleasant & efficient, as always.

    Great service, honest people

    Cozy comfort plus has serviced our furnace since we moved into our house, and installed our air conditioner. They have always been quick to respond (though we haven't had any problems), mindful of our budget (they offered us a floor model AC at a great discount with a full warranty) and respectful of our time (showing up when they say they will). We recommend them highly.

    New furnace and ongoing maintenance

    They installed my furnace, on demand hot water tank and AC in 2010, they have been performing the maintenance every year since. Always great trustworthy service and always on time.

    yearly maintenance of furnace, fireplace and air conditioner

    Have used this company for many years. They are very reliable and prompt. They give you a window of the time they will be there Would not hesitate to recommend them Marilyn N.

    Unsure of tech service

    A service tech responded to our heating problem in a very timely manner however the technician himself was not overly personable and seemed to lack basic communication skills! Jay seemed rather unwilling or unable to relate what he was trying to do about fixing our heating problem. He was very active with his telephone communication to whomever was on the other end giving him direction. The process seemed like a Keystone cops movie. Overall I'm not sure what's taking place and not pleased with being kept in the cold and dark!

Sometimes the equipment have issues such as manufacturer recall or being old or even small manufacturers are very limited with information; in this situations we have to call the manufacturer to get more details on what we need to do.     Fireplace

    I called Cozy Comfort Plus after a Google search as I was not happy with advice I received from companies previously contacted. Brian Kar was very helpful in the selection of the fireplace we purchased. Installation was done professionally and we are very happy with the final product. Would definitely use them for any future work.

    Air condition and Furnance

    My whole experience is quite positive expect: 1) during my first meeting with the sales rep, he showed up 2 hours late. 2) the pre energy audit was done right away, however the post energy audit is about a month overdue and the auditor says that cozy comfort still has to provide them the report. I called the sales representative to follow-up with the auditor to perform the post-installation audit, but so far there has been no response. And I was told the government rebate ends in December 2017, so I won't get my rebate until the post-installation audit.

    Fireplace

    I appreciate Brian and his technician Hamid from Cozy Comfort for choosing the best suitable fire place for my house .. They are very professional and reliable and honest in their business.     Furnace Maintenance

    We have been using Cozy Comfort for our furnace and fireplace maintenance for several years. The technicians are always punctual,very polite, and always take the time to answer our questions in an easy to understand way.

    Furnace, central air conditioner, service

    We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Cozy Comfort a few years ago & they've been running great. A few times when we needed a tune-up Sean, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, was able to schedule a service call within a very reasonable time frame. When the technician arrived he was thorough, detail oriented, informative, professional, and very patient with us when we asked questions. I would definitely recommend Cozy Comfort to anyone.
