Valor G3 fireplace
COZY COMFORT was recommended by a friend and they were competitive in the Valor G3 pricing. There was a mix up with my scheduled installation date but Fred acknowledged the error and arranged for Hamid Safari to arrive in the afternoon as a compromise. With Murphy's law, Valor had shipped a wrong unit and the job had to be delayed by 2 days until it was replaced. Despite the inconveniences, I must acknowledge that Fred and his manager did what they could to make it right and most importantly, Hamid worked diligently, did a fabulous 5-star job, was well mannered and extremely professional.

We are so sorry for the error by the manufacturer's shipping division which delayed the Installation, however I drove personally to Valor's shipping department to pick up the right fireplace and parts. Fire place maintenance
Cleanup, Repair and safety inspection was done. They accommodated everything to ensure someone is coming to my house ASAP to fix the fireplace which I can’t be more thankful.

Gas Fireplace Installation and Maintenance
Cozy Comfort Plus installed a gas fireplace insert. They arrived on schedule, installed the fireplace insert quickly and professionally, and cleaned up upon completion. They recommended a company to fabricate an additional trim piece, which provides a finished look to the insert. I will continue to have Cozy Comfort Plus perform the annual maintenance on the both my gas fireplace and my air conditioner.

They installed gas fireplace and a new air conditioning and furnace
It has been a while,but they still call every year for maintenance and I can say that I never had a problem.

Quick, timley and very helpful
When | came home and found my furnace in error and home temperature plumed to about 17 -16 degrees on a Friday evening I became very worried until I called Cozy Comfort Plus Inc. For starters the phone service was fast, easy, and offered possible trouble shooting strategies. While I was on the phone with the owner of the company who attempted to diagnose the problem through asking me several questions and giving me instructions, the service manager, Sean was on his cell calling technicians to see if any would be able and available to come to us to check the furnace. I may have been on the phone with company for maybe 10-15min and was assured that a technician would come within the half hour. The technician came as said by the company and did a thorough check and explained all his foundings as well as offered possible solutions to get our heat back on as soon as possible. He answered all of your questions and concerns with detail. He didn't rush or brush us off. Because our furnace needed a new part which would need to be ordered we had to wait until Monday morning when all parts and service stores were opened. The technician attempted to rush the order and arrange a time where the furnace could be fixed. It is so hard to find reliable and efficient companies such as this one. Sean and his team did an amazing job! Highly recommend!!!!

When You go home at night all you want is a piece of mind specially when you have small kids. I always try my best to resolve the issues over phone first but if it's not possible then I'll send one of our service tech as soon as possible. This is the time when we should support you. As an owner I'll stay on the phone until I'm sure everything is back to normal or someone is working on it. I set all of our technicians all over the town to make sure no one stays out of heat in winter or cool in summer. We would not rush or brush of as you mentioned. Furnace Service
When we needed to have the furnace service at my mothers home , it would not start at the set temperature only 2 degrees below the setting. Since we had a great experience with Cozy Comfort Plus when they install our new Furnace and Air conditioning we decided called them. Sean scheduled the service call , made sure the technician arrived at the scheduled time. The technician arrived , checked out the furnace, advised us the overflow tube was clogged and the furnace needed to be cleaned. He cleaned the furnace, cleared the over flow tube, reset all the controls, replace one valve and cleaned up. For the work done the price was very reasonable. I will use Cozy Comfort Plus again.

HVAC
Cozy Comfort installed and has maintained all my HVAC equipment for over 10 years.Their technicians are prompt and professional.I have recommended them to my friends and would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.I would definately use them to replace and equuipment in the future.

Gas fireplace installation
The installer Hamid exceeded our expectations from the get go. His professionalism showed in his onsite management of the installation. He was polite, clean and extremely hard working. Having the owner of the company come out to inspect was equally impressive.

Fireplace Installation
We are thoroughly impressed with the speed of receiving a quote, as well as setting up an installation date. The technician was incredibly friendly, polite and accommodating. The unit is beautiful and heats up the room very quickly! Will definitely will be recommending your company!!

FURNACE, AC, HOT WATER SYSTEM INSTALLATION. SERVICE
Just over 5 years ago we arranged for Cozy Comfort Plus Inc. to do a major installation of new gas furnace, air conditioning unit and wall mounted hot water system. We have been highly satisfied with quality of product and care and attention during installation. We have had Cozy Comfort perform an annual service and they arrive at appointed hour and do a complete review and service. Mory is best service guy around. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend them..
