    Repair AC and replacement

    With summer here every year the AC is turned on I am always worried it's not going to work. Initially I thought the AC unit was about 10 years old. The unit gets serviced on and off over the years and this year I had to call for service upon firing it up. Of course it's only turned on when we are expecting the temps to rise and stay high for the next few days. As luck would have it the air coming out of my vents was warm despite having it turned on all day. Called my regular hvac guy to come to assess and repair the problem. Unfortunately he couldn't help me. So I called up Brian Kar of Cozy Comfort. The serviceman that came to trouble shoot was on time and very professional. I found out the age of my AC unit which was actually 10 years older than I originally thought. He suggested I replace the unit instead of trying to repair. After finding out the age of the unit I completely agreed with him in regards to replacing the unit. Keep in mind this was on a Sunday. After speaking with the owner he managed to get a replacement unit in for me for the very next day! That's what I call service! The crew came the very next day removed the old unit and replaced it with a new one. Both technicians were very efficient, professional, and clean. The job was finished much sooner than I anticipated and the workmanship was fantastic! If you need any heating or cooling work done I highly recommend Brian Kar and his team! I would not hesitate to pick up the phone to give him a call if any problems arise with my heating or cooling system. Thank you Brian! You are absolutely the best!

    Gas fireplace and mantel

    Replaced a wood burning fireplace and brick cover with a gas and stone faced mantel. Overall very good service and the gentleman who installed the mantel offered alternative designs to meet I our needs. Quick, clean and meticulous service .

    Fireplace and Mantel

    Brian and his crew did an excellent job of installing a new gas fireplace and mantel in my home. From the design to the installation, attention was paid to every detail. The craftsmanship of the mantel was outstanding. Completion of the work was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

    Gas Fireplace Insert

    Living in a century old house, we were looking for a gas insert for our fireplace and found Cozy Comfort Plus. Brian recommended an insert that looked original to the house. The installers were very courteous, professional and timely. We are very happy with our new fireplace, and with the professionalism of the company.

    Installation of a gas fireplace

    We discovered Cozy Comfort Plus at the Toronto CNE in August, 2015. since we had always wanted to install a gas fireplace, we contacted them in September. We went to their showroom & spoke to Brian in the sales dept. We chose the stonework we wanted, paid a deposit & waited for installation. Not long afterwards installation began & was finished within approximately a month. Overall, we have been happy with the fireplace. However, I would have liked to have known that to add a fan (which we have since done) we needed to have an extra connection installed. My husband was able to do it, but he had to cut a hole in the wall, fish the line through & then repair & repaint the wall. Also, we had issues with the remote not working (batteries were dying in the wall receptor due to the cold from the outside.) This has been remedied & the remote has been replaced. Now, we are enjoying the fireplace. I would just like to have been informed about possible issues at the time of installation.

    Installing a Nest Thermostat

    The company is very cooperative and helpful with troubleshooting thermostat issues specifically with the Nest thermostat. The owner contacted me personally to help bring an understanding to the issue. I was happy with his assistance.

    Installation of furnace, A/C, tankless water heater, humidifier

    We had used this company before and were very satisfied, so decided to do so again. Brian was very courteous and explained the details of the products being purchased. Joe and Haytham were the installers and were very professional, took their time and did an excellent job. They did not hesitate to answer any queries and left the place clean on completion of the job. Tiffany (office assistant) was a great help too and had no hesitation in clarifying things. My sincere thanks to all of them. Would not hesitate to use their services again and would highly recommend them.

    New HighEfficienty Furnace installation

    It was a Friday of the Family Day long weekend. The coldest night of the year. Our 14 year old mid-efficiency furnace just stopped working. Next morning it was evident the fan blower motor ceased, and since it was an old DC motor, there was no replacement available quickly and the cost was prohibitive. We decided to call Cozy Comfort Plus after checking top-rated Home Stars suppliers in our area. A representative came within the hour and after making a detailed presentation we decided to purchase a high efficiency Lennox furnace 70000 BTU. Two space heaters were given at no charge on loan until installation was completed on Tuesday. A month later we are very satisfied with all aspects of our furnace purchase including product efficiency and effectiveness, courteous service and professional installation.

    Furnace, a/C, fireplace

    Great company to work with, friendly, knowledgable, professional, clean. They went above our expectation from sales to installation, service was absolutely clean with good explanation. I recommend this company to everyone. They are definitely care for their after service.

    Great service

    I got a a gas stove/fireplace from them, they had a large variety. Brian the manager was a great help and helped us in choosing the right one. The installation was quick and one time, the did a very clean, good job. Brain has always been handy and ready to answer any questions we have. This is a great company and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks cozy comfort!
